Having never purchased an item like this I was unsure of what to expect of the product or the company. Our youngest son was on a short list to become 'HOUSE CAPTAIN' at his school and he wanted to have the edge on his fellow student/candidate. He mentioned that he would love some sort of band the colour of his house that he could hand out to the pupils at his school and they could wear them during the 'campaign' period. I contacted Adband and asked if they could help. They were extremely happy to offer advise and suggested their plain silicone wristbands. They never tried to sell a more expensive product or miss lead me with regards to our sons request. They told me the full cost including delivery and just as important, told me when they would be received. I was extremely impressed by their communication and product knowledge and they delivered as promised. I will now look to this company should our family or business require such products. More importantly our son loved them! Thank you
