I placed the order and paid in advance after waiting a month I called chasing goods and they said that they hadn't received the cheque. I confirmed that we had the correct address which it was. I cancelled the original cheque and resent again waited another month to find out they said we hadn't paid again. They never called back when they said they would so I cancelled the entire order
