I had not received my order after 5 weeks despite my payment being taken. When I checked with Adband about the order, they were unable to track it down and therefore it had to be re-ordered taking another 3 weeks.
No compensation and poor customer service. Unlikely to use Adband again even though I've used them for over 5 years.
