Went to an awards event, my employer had booked Addison Lee for me to get back. Driver was courteous and on time. However, like a fool, I had left a personal item in the car. I emailed their office and luckily it had been handed it. Before long we had arranged for it to be returned to me. The customer service really could not have been better, full marks all round!
