I haven’t been able to complete my parking permit payment, (Hertsmere), for over three weeks… with just two days left on my current permit! Hertsmere Borough Council cannot give a ‘fix date’ either. I’ve been told, “hopefully within the next few days” or “hopefully next week” on numerous occasions.
Any update on this issue would be most appreciated.
