We hired Adent.io to deliver their turnkey software with minors’ customizations. They gave us 3 weeks’ time to implement these requests and we paid full in advanced. The Adent.io team looks like a bunch of teenagers do not know what they are doing, why they are doing and when they are going to do. After 2 weeks delay, they cannot cope to update simple color issues, they don't know how to manage their workload and worst part, they don't properly answer us...their client.
