“3 months and still not open for business!
I purchased with Adent i.o. believing that I would have a fully working site within a month with easy maintenance and a speedy turn around.
This has definitely not been the case. Initially, I believed that it was my ADHD and Dyspraxia that was causing issues and so I allowed for a delay due to my comprehension. However, the site is still not live since 1st week of September despite me following all of the instructions and recommendations from Adent io.
Very dissatisfied customer as we have missed the Halloween, Bonfire customers and it looks as if we will miss the Christmas and New Years Market too at this rate.
Communication is frequent but not great and despite incorrect information given by the team, it seems as if no acknowledgment of flaws or gestures of good will are present with this company. I read a review that claimed the team did all of the work and have provided great support, I thought this was the case when I wrote my first review commending the team for assisting my comprehension. And when requesting assistance and offering payment, we have been left to do for ourselves. I thought paying the higher fee covered support and assistance but it seems this is not the case for all. She says whilst manually editing prices on over 200 products individually!”
