“I started my Journey with Adent.io January 8th 2024 and it is now February 26th 2024 and I have yet been able to launch my marketplace website.
First couple of days of being with Adent.io was great Jay was very hands on, commutation was good I had no complaints.
There was a couple recommendations and prices that was given to me prior to purchasing the script, once I purchased the script, the prices of the recommendation was not accurate.
1. The merchant Account- I was told originally it was $40 a month, but that wasn't true. They wanted $1000.00 for install.
2. I was told that the vendor was fully automated, that wasn't true. Not only weren't they fully automated, they wasn't automated at all.
3. M3 server was recommended like in order for me to have the marketplace script I needed to be setup with M3 server.
Will my website was hacked before I could even get a merchant setup for the site, M3 server told me that site was hack due to script and hackers came in through the script side.
When I reached out to Agent.io they said it was M3 server fault, and they will clean up the script. Once they clean up the script I was told moving forward everyone would be on some type of vacation and they would be gone from February 8th and wouldn't be back til February 16th, ( as a company that is unacceptable) I got my site back on February 7th and it was hacked again on the 9th.
So it took a couple of days for someone to even respond to me, it wasn't until I requested a full refund when Nathan finally reach out to me, explaining that again it was M3 servers fault and that I could get a full refund, and to give them another chance to completely re due script, and even recommended another server company to try.
Because they had given me a full refund I decided to give it another try with Adent.io. It is now going on 3 weeks and I still have nothing.
Communication has been very poor, and I have been strung along for whatever reason I don't know.
I blame both M3 server and Adent.io for poor service and I am very disappointed that my time, energy, and money has been wasted.”
