After purchasing a $700 product, the company stopped responding for several weeks. I had believed I was scammed so I requested a refund through my bank. Only then did they make an excuse and try to blame me even though I followed their directions perfectly and then asked for help if anything was wrong. They offered help only after I received the refund but at this point I did not trust working with them. After I said I’d prefer not to continue, they filed against the refund with the bank and took my money back. Now they have my money, I have nothing except a bad experience. Please do not trust them. Customers do not come first. Once you purchase they just focus on their next sales guess. The funny thing is I always received quick responses about interest in buying new products, just nothing for the one I already bought. I still do not have a refund.
