I spent $1500 on the xfans scripts (paid with a coupon) and it was awful! I asked them before I made the purchase if they would make sure all the bugs were fixed, they said yes they would fix all the issues and they would handle everything. I was very upfront that I do not know how to install the script or fix any problems that might come up. They didn't even start installing the script onto my domain until almost 2 weeks had passed, they only started because I said I would call my bank and get a refund. The website was full bugs, most of the pages did not work! They agreed to a partial refund and didn't tell me how much they would send. As a business owner myself I understand there are costs on both ends, I was fine with that. But they only refunded me $750! I was thinking somewhere along the lines of $1,100, I would be giving them $400 for a script that didn't even work and wasn't even fully installed. Not a bad deal if you ask me, now I've had to open a paypal dispute against them. If you are thinking about buying a script from this company. Don't! I might have just lost $750 for nothing!
