I purchased a bottle fridge from Adexa and after I hadn’t received any correspondence or the item l looked to make contact, the phone lines are not answered so I took up an online chat. The result of the on line chat was that they would look into it and come back to me. Adexa never came back to me so I logged a complaint on e-mail, I did get a response telling me they were unable to locate the item in the warehouse?? After another couple of weeks without the item or any correspondence I decided to cancel the order, it then took several e-mails and a long wait to get the money returned.
I am afraid as I never received what I bought and now need to purchase again I would not recommend or ever use again and as I have an event hire business we do purchase a fair few bottle fridges and other catering equipment.
