This company are impossible to deal with. Their customer service is horrendous and acts in an anti-supportive manner. They make it your problem not theirs and will do everyhting they can to avoid dealing with problems. I have been waiting nearly forty days for them to resolve an issue of an incorrectly delivered item. They will not release the correct item until they have received the orignial item, yet make the return process difficult. Their emails are verging on threatening.

Every one star review here reflect my experience with this company. If you are reading these prior to purchase DO NOT USE, if like me you are here after I wish you the best in resolving any issues that may arise. How they can circumvent all consumer protection legislation and get away with it is beyond me. In my case I purchased a commercial dishwasher, (delivered late) not in itself a major issue however that was the start , on the machine being connected up by a professional plumber it leaked from the underside resulting in a small flood in the kitchen. There then started the most horrendous customer service, Phone ? - it will not be answered. e'mail ? you will get an automated response with an attachment with several options to report your problem. You cannot return this form unless you upload a video of the fault in action, in my case I need to flood the kitchen again to make a video of a fault described in the complaint. Website chatline ? Once you find it, took 3hrs for a response, every possible response will be given as to why no engineer will attend, why the part at issue cannot be sent to be replaced by my engineer at my own expence etc etc. With a pre Xmas shopping list of a ice machine and freezer I will find another company to deal with and ensure I read its reviews before purchase...

WARNING! DO NOT USE. I have written correspondence from Adexa saying: * you get what you pay for ("the purchase price of the product reflects the level of warranty in which we can offer"), *your rights are limited, The Consumer Rights Act holds no sway as they're a B2B supplier ("the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply in this instance, as your purchase was made on a business-to-business basis") *if you purchase a faulty item you have to arrange for it to be fixed ("you are required to source a fully qualified catering engineer to look at the product, diagnose the fault and the part/s required to fix it"). If you have any problem with their appliances - you're stuck with it, they won't take seriously their role as a responsible retailer and customer services is non-existent.

Shockingly Poor Service, Misleading Warranty, and Zero Accountability received a product from Adexa that was faulty from day one, and instead of taking responsibility, their customer service did everything possible to avoid helping. They insisted I pay for an external engineer just to confirm the fault — something no reputable retailer should require when an item arrives defective. Their “parts-only warranty” is essentially meaningless, and every response felt like a copy-and-paste attempt to dodge accountability rather than resolve the issue. No ownership, no practical support, and no interest in customer satisfaction. I strongly advise avoiding Adexa. The experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.

Been on the phone for 1 hours 23 minutes for customer service - what a joke, and still awaiting, what awful service, surprised they are still trading, so bad. not worth any stars!!!!!!!!

I ordered 8 shelving units. I opened the first one up upon delivery and when putting it together realised it was faulty with a dodgy foot making the units unstable. I wanted to return all 8 as I thought they was poor quality, however Adexa wanted me to pay to return them on a pallet plus a 25% restocking fee - for faulty and poor quality units. Adexa are very very hard to communicate with, they barely read emails and you are very lucky to get a response. Avoid

Defective stainless steel table. Very poor quality materials. Not damaged from shipping - the product was defective. No response to any phone calls (4 attempted calls lasting >45minutes), email, chat. Absolutely no customer service of any kind. Dreadful service. I would give 0 stars if possible - mostly linked to the lack of customer service.

Ordered a coffee urn for church but the urn spurts out boiling hot coffee, so is not fit for purpose. Have asked for a refund but have been told that no refunds are available, even though the product is not fit for purpose. Appalling company. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.

I was sent the wrong commercial dishwasher. On the website it says it has a pump however I was sent gravity fed and unable to use it. I have called customer service and was promised that someone will cll back but nobody did. Sent so many emails to customer service and no reply. Absolutely bad customer service!

I ordered a bench and it came with three legs. Emailed, but not heard back! I then ordered again 3 heat lamps in gold and they came in back which I don’t want.

Fridge arrived battered. Roundly ignored by them for over a week now. Im getting my solicitor involved as these clowns are clearly sending out broken products I believe on purpose. Never again.

Very very bad service this company today we face bad service they send broken display fridge we contacted customer service they said open inside the panel and check properly this is not acceptable because we don't have any tool delivery driver need hurry compressor and condenser coil broken

Selling poor quality products not fit for purpose. Their customer service are impossible to get hold of, and you can't get a full refund if the items you order don't match the description. Save yourself money, time and hassle and avoid!!!

Everything went wrong from the arrival of a "sink" when we ordered a "hot water boiler" to the returns which they deny receiving back (When we could get hold of them), which theADEXA arranged, therefore WE have no proof and and no legal leg to stand on with the credit card company. WE HAVE WASTED OVER 2 MONTHS. NO FURTHER FORWARD! Not good people to do business with at all. Avoid at all costs

Ordered on the 17/11/25 So had 3 out for deliver today notfication and none of them have been delivered with no communication. contacted customer service to be told i cant cancel my order as its out for delivery. 10 days later and still no product. Terrible service, stay well away.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolute disgusting company to deal with. I bought a new wine cooler from them that was delivered promptly only to discover that it was broken! The temp gauge was stuck at 20 degrees Celsius. I asked for it to be returned, I was in the 14 day legal return period. You have to ‘apply’ to Adexa to return your item, you can’t just return it like with a normal company. They gave me the runaround, taking days and eventually weeks to respond to my many calls, emails and online chats!!! We still have the broken wine cooler and are out of pocket. Absolute disgrace of a company!!!!!

Not a company to trust. We ordered a chest freezer which turned up dented to the side and front. When letting them know a message comes up with if we did not unpack the freezer while the driver waited to see possible damage we cannot sent it back. When ordering at no point do they add this information. The way it was packed on the pallet the damage had to be visible by Alexa before sending out for delivery. I get the impression they buy damaged items to forward to their customers and hope we all do nothing. Very strange. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THIS COMPANY,STAY AWAY FROM ADEXA
