I would happily give 0 stars if I could. I have never dealt with a worse company, incompetent, ignorant staff with no customer skills. Each time you phone you hold for at least 40 mins they advertise a customer chat but don’t respond on an ongoing basis so you might give a reference number and they don’t reply back for another 30 minutes so this continues on so your conversation could take place over a whole day and still not be resolved. I would happily pay over and above for a product rather than deal with this company

I have got the worst experience with Adexa, firstly when I bought the refrigerator they did not deliver it on time even after scheduling it more then 2 times i did not get it delivered and later when requested for a refund due to not receiveing the refrigerator they did not pay me back after many reminders and now after more the 7 weeks when the refund came back its not a full refund. This is a scam company please don't buy from them or else you will be facing bad experience.

Very bad experience i have. I bought 20L planetary mixture and they send me B grade used damaged products of return from another. Also not working. I have registered complaint and they are giving excuses in starting and after 2 weeks they are not replying my e mail. They ruin my new business start up. I asked for alternative or full refund, they not responding. I truly requests you to new business owner, please do not buy from adexa. Their customer service is very worst even no any single way to contact adexa for everything.

DO NOT USE ADEXA. Prices are appealing but it often goes wrong with the items. Stupid me that purchased 3 x from them and every time I had an issue with the items being damaged. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They say that you need to check the item when the driver is with you, the driver that delivered my last item (fridge) was in a rush and didn't even take my signature. I opened the box immediately. The Fridge door is broken !!! I submitted a form online requesting for a return and received an email saying I have to pay 25% of the total amount to send the fridge back to their warehouse which is in Wales and I live in London? What? How comes this company is still operating, considering all the bad reviews as everyone is complaining about their customer service, items damaged, paying for items that never arrive? UNBELIEVABLE!!! I will NOT buy from there EVER AGAIN!

Order arrived with key part missing. 2 months and still no response to any emails. Started a complaint, still no response. Spent £345 on item which is useless to us. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED. AVOID THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT EVEN CARE ABOUT THESE REVIEWS. ZERO STARS FROM ME. SCAM OF A COMPANY.

DISGUSTING COMPANY. Do NOT use under any circumstance. Only 1/2 of my £700 Order arrived. Company will not fulfill the order, leaving me with a an unusable product that only now fit for the skip. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have circled all the missing parts in the image below.

This is a sham of a company, Absolutely zero customer service, If you actually get your items of which I never, many reviews state this company is not interested if your item arrived damaged, Will have no more to do with this dodgy company, Shame really as the items I buy are cheapest from Adexa,

I’ve been waiting for months to get my money refunded, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. After all this time, I only received a 50% refund — and now they say I have to pay for delivery and return, even though the delay and poor communication were completely their fault. The delivery was late, and when I tried to get help, no one was available to properly resolve the issue. In the end, I’ve been charged for nothing but their poor service. It’s disappointing to see a company treat customers like this — I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering.

Very bad Customer service. Dont take back sinks that missing screws and waste straps. 3h waited online chat. over waited 45 mins phone. Becarefull with b-graded items and sales irem!

Accidently ordered a back bar cooler with hinged doors when i wanted sliding doors. Ordered Saturday afternoon, rang customer service at 9:30 on monday morning (lines only open mon-fri from 9am) to be told couldn't change order but could cancel subject to a 25% fee??!! Apparently if I'd canceled within 1 hour (when they were closed and no one there) the fee would only have been 5%. Terrible customer service, just a lot of excuses saying it's in our T&C's! I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Terrible quality and warranty service Bought a kebab slicer from ADEXA — the cable broke after about three weeks of very light use. I asked for warranty repair, and they blamed me for “improper use.” The quality is poor, and their customer service takes no responsibility. Definitely not a company I’d buy from again.

I really want to give negative star! I bought two ice making machine from Adexa Direct and they doesn't work. We tried all method to communicate with Adexa Direct via online chat/hotline since early October but no response. Following up emails and complete warranty on 13 October but all responses just send us a link for warranty form. I believe my colleagues and I had completed at least 3 times!!! Our cafe was opened on 9 October but the ice making machine still not working, we need to arrange our colleagues to buy ice cube for every single day, it really affect our operation and additional cost incurred. I can't believe a big company Adexa Direct will treat their customer in this way!

Damaged goods delivered very poor customer service when you try call them no one answers even after being on the phone for over an hour but if you call the sales line they answer straight away they wont try and help you they simply say not there department then hang up.

DO NOT USE ASEXA!!! Absolute disgrace of a company, ordered a fridge, it turned up late, dented and broken. Was told to fill in online form, take pics and movies. Have not heard anything back, tried for last 2 months to call/contact and have not received a thing. This company is a SCAM!

AVOID !!! Terrible customer service - my oven was delivered smashed the delivery guy picked it out of the back of his lorry and dropped on the floor - my husband went to get the trolley to move it and when he returned the delivery man has disappeared - opened the box and it was smashed to pieces. Called to complain and was told to send pictures which i did - also have cctv of the episode - got an email saying that the damage did not affect its working order ? HSE most definitely disagree - on hold over the last two days for over 2 hours and no response from emails AVOID

Such a terrible company to work with, they have to be scammers, ordered a fridge at £600 next dy delvery, 6 weeks later still no fridge and they say they are "processing" my refund, that was 8 days ago. Sad that companies in this day and age are allowed to operate.

They advertise an item that wasn’t available took the money and then tried to avoid the refund by offering a coupon I then said I wanted money back and they said it could take 14 days to get it back I’m reporting to trading standards I feel conned
