I was a little wary after reading other negative reviews... Should have paid more attention! Had a fridge delivered. It's DOA - doesn't get cool. Chased and chased via email, live chat - they just don't respond. Tried to call - you are permanently at "position 10 in the queue", it never goes down. How on earth can a company exist like this in 2024, what a joke. I'll end up going throguh card company to get a refund, what a waste of everyone's time.

Adexa are absolutely rubbish You can't get anything fixed without a report and we have a condemned sign on their oven. The other one don't work properly either and not sure how to get a report on that.

Horrible company avoid like the plague wasted 15 hours on the phone to these 5 weeks after the order offered me a refund with fees because they couldn't offer a solution. Please do not buy

Below is a summary of the key issues and my concerns: 1. No Tracking Information Provided: Despite Section 3.8 requiring customers to follow tracking emails, no tracking information was provided to me due to the delay. This left me unable to monitor or prepare for the delivery as normal. When contacting the courier, I was unable to get any information and was told to contact Adexa for update. 2. Lack of Communication: Adexa failed to communicate the delay or the reasons behind it, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. I contacted the company on 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th of November and 2nd of December. I was told an update to the delivery would be provided via email, no customer service agent responded as promised. 3. Request to Cancel Ignored: As per Section 4.2 of your terms, I submitted a written request to cancel my order on 29th November due to the poor service and delay in delivery. This request was ignored, contrary to your cancellation policy. 4. Damaged, Mispicked, and Faulty Item: The item delivered was damaged, mismatched, and faulty upon arrival. It showed clear signs of prior use, lacked protective wrapping, and was missing parts. These are unmistakable indications that the product was not new, as described. 5. Notification with Evidence: In compliance with Sections 3.12 and 5.3 of your terms, I notified Adexa and I supplied photographic evidence showing the condition of the box, the missing parts, and the damaged, used state of the item.

I purchased 26 pieces of 2/3 electric chafing dishes from Adexa, and within just six weeks, three of them have already stopped working. The quality of these items is disappointing given the cost involved. To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service for assistance, I ended up waiting on hold for over an hour without getting any resolution. This level of service is unacceptable, and I regret choosing Adexa for my needs. Save your time and money and look elsewhere if you're considering a purchase from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. Here is my on going story.. I purchased at item at 6am, I realised the item I wanted was the more expensive and bigger version so immediately sent an email asking if it was possible to change the order. No reply. I then called was on the phone for 30 minutes waiting. Spoke to a representative who advised my my order could not be cancelled as it had gone to shipments now the time is 12pm. If I wanted to cancel it would cost 25% of the fee already paid and it would still be sent and I would have to return. I then requested to speak to manager. No call back 2 days later. I emailed my complaint. The response what that they saw no wrong doing so diddnt feel the need to respond to my enquiry. 1.5 weeks later I have had no item I call back and am told the item was cancelled (I had not had a refund) and yes they could refund me minus the 25% I said I would rather have the item. They then told me I could not have the item unless I paid £50 for DELIVERY!! What on earth!! I had just paid £550 for my items… ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING STAY CLEAR!

Sevice is basically non-existent and their policies are laughable. I have spent the last week emailing, calling (on hold for over an hour), using their live chat and sending images on their request with zero response or answer. They incorrectly sent me the same piece of an incomplete order. They will not fulfil the order that I've already paid for and they incorrectly sent until: I send images of the incorrect order, they send a return label, item is collected, checked into their warehouse. Each step taking 24hr - 72hr, turning my next day delivery into an almost month long process off the back of a mistake on their part, not mine. Mistakes happen, that's normal, it's how you handle them that's important. And Adexa, you fail miserably!

Disreputable Company Bought a chest freezer 30th April 24 allegedly in stock for dispatch delivery 3 days. 3 weeks later freezer arrived. Plugged it in to chill overnight. Next day freezer lid would not open, the airlock was so great the freezer could be lifted off the ground. Customer services said we will report it to management. Two weeks later still no response. Chased again and asked for the freezer to be collected. Told they could not take goods back without the original packaging unfortunately for them we had already put it back in the box it arrived in. Excuse 2 for not collecting, it must be on a pallet, although it was not delivered on a pallet, sourced a pallet. Excuse 3 for not collecting, it needed to be banded to the pallet. Got that sorted. Still not collected. Item eventually collected. Had to chase for progress of return. Email was received asking if I would like a refund or replacement. Requested a refund. Four weeks later just about to chase refund when out of the blue we get a call from a delivery company to say that the delivery of our Adexa freezer would be delayed. Told them not to bother I had not requested a replacement freezer. Immediately contacted customer service; after the usual tedious wait to be told they would quickly speak to management. The embarrassed customer service operative told me that I would be charged £120 delivery fee and a restock fee of 25%. Did a charge back with my credit card company who upheld my case and refunded. I was told that Adexa had the right to appeal which of course they did a total of 3 times. Only when the credit card company referred them to Master Card did they accept our dispute on 31st October. This company wasted five months trying to defraud me because they could not admit that they had made a mistake.

Bought a cooker from this company shocking service delivered with damaged top part of over, would not help in any way , could not return, or they would not even replace the damaged top part which was the easiest option, said we should of unpacked it at road side delivery to check not damaged and our fault , looked like they had tightened the srapping to tight on cooker and this bend the top of stainless steel top part , we had to bang out the dents in it to make it the best we could then spend £265 on again engineer to pass it fit for use, Megan who we spoke to was about as useful as a ashtray on a motorbike, use this company at your peril.would have liked to leave NO star.

such a big scammers. i placed an order for Stainless steel Gastronorm Pan GN1/6 Depth 100mm | Adexa PH602 and lids with two other items on 11th Nov. and paid next day delivery charges. they delivered 8 pans and lids. and today when i called them they are saying they delivered 8pans and 20 lids but remaining will come very soon. and i got only 8 pans and 8 lids. so they will return the money for the 12 pans thats all and as they delivered few items already they cant refund delviery charges. never ever i will buy from them again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 work benches and one was delivered damaged beyond use and with a whole box of parts missing. Unfortunately I didn't make the delivery driver stand on the driveway while I opened and inspected every single part. Was eventold I should read the terms and conditions properly in the future when I phoned to complain. I'm £300 out of pocket and there's nothing I can do about it. Please, please, please don't use this company. They are just taking good money off people with absolutely no customer care whatsoever. I'm still a little shell shocked having just got off the phone with them knowing I've just thrown £300 in the bin! Be careful with these people!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CON ARISTS. Should of read the other reviews before buying. Ordered two fridges, one turned up with some damaged packaging we accepted the delivery and checked it to find the glass was shattered and i e mailed them the same day as delivery. E mailed adexa 3 times with no response, finally got a response which was we will offer you £30 to keep it. ( I did not want a fridge with shattered glass door on show in our brand new bar believe it or not) I told them i did not want to keep and wanted a replacement to be told you accepted the delivery so you have got to keep it. HONESTLY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING.

Lack of basic customer service, I ordered some trays and dome, but received smaller dome and large trays. Adexa failed to send me what I ordered and did not take much care about the mistake. So I have paid for something which is useless, lost my money and time. Absolutely frustrating. Think twice before placing order with them coz once u paid your money u will not get even the basic after sales service

Please do not order from this company. They sent out the wrong item. I emailed them regarding this. Then 4 days later i got a reply. They want me to return the item but are wanting me to pay a 25% restocking charge, because i do not have the original box! Even though its there mistake. What a joke. Customer service is terrible. Please do not order from this company. Just read the other reviews here. I wish I had before I ordered!

Delivered faulty and unusable goods which were dropped at the step. Driver gave to my partner then left before he had a chance to look at the item. They then refused to give us a refund or allow us to return it without paying for it. Absolutely disgusting customer service. We are a small charity and cannot afford to replace the equipment.

Extremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service. Coffee machine was faulty and stopped pulling milk through after around 6 weeks of low use. Approx. 6 weeks of back and forth with customer service to say they will take it back at my expense but only to get it inspected by engineers before issuing a voucher for an alternative. Its a good job we dont have a high trade for coffee otherwise we would be alot of income down - Most companies would send an replacement or refund but not these guys. I thought this was a safer purchase than using amazon or ebay but it seems even third party sellers are more helpful and more supportive than Adexa
