Terrible service, I've been waiting for months to get my money refunded. The wait times on the phone are excessive and if you follow the complaints procedure they do not get back to you.

Terrible quality and warranty service Bought a kebab slicer from ADEXA — the cable broke after about three weeks of very light use. I asked for warranty repair, and they blamed me for “improper use.” The quality is poor, and their customer service takes no responsibility. Definitely not a company I’d buy from again.

I really want to give negative star! I bought two ice making machine from Adexa Direct and they doesn't work. We tried all method to communicate with Adexa Direct via online chat/hotline since early October but no response. Following up emails and complete warranty on 13 October but all responses just send us a link for warranty form. I believe my colleagues and I had completed at least 3 times!!! Our cafe was opened on 9 October but the ice making machine still not working, we need to arrange our colleagues to buy ice cube for every single day, it really affect our operation and additional cost incurred. I can't believe a big company Adexa Direct will treat their customer in this way!

Damaged goods delivered very poor customer service when you try call them no one answers even after being on the phone for over an hour but if you call the sales line they answer straight away they wont try and help you they simply say not there department then hang up.

DO NOT USE ASEXA!!! Absolute disgrace of a company, ordered a fridge, it turned up late, dented and broken. Was told to fill in online form, take pics and movies. Have not heard anything back, tried for last 2 months to call/contact and have not received a thing. This company is a SCAM!

AVOID !!! Terrible customer service - my oven was delivered smashed the delivery guy picked it out of the back of his lorry and dropped on the floor - my husband went to get the trolley to move it and when he returned the delivery man has disappeared - opened the box and it was smashed to pieces. Called to complain and was told to send pictures which i did - also have cctv of the episode - got an email saying that the damage did not affect its working order ? HSE most definitely disagree - on hold over the last two days for over 2 hours and no response from emails AVOID

Such a terrible company to work with, they have to be scammers, ordered a fridge at £600 next dy delvery, 6 weeks later still no fridge and they say they are "processing" my refund, that was 8 days ago. Sad that companies in this day and age are allowed to operate.

They advertise an item that wasn’t available took the money and then tried to avoid the refund by offering a coupon I then said I wanted money back and they said it could take 14 days to get it back I’m reporting to trading standards I feel conned

BEWARE!! Do NOT Buy from ADEXA! - the phone number on their website doesn't work - the chat "assistant" is a robot that is unable to answer any questions and keeps repeating the same incorrect message over and over again - my emails have so far been unanswered. - the tracking code for the parcel they sent me is wrong - when contacting the delivery company they confirmed that Adexa have sent out the same tracking code to multiple clients which makes it invalid and impossible to trace my parcel - I have been at the delivery site all week to receive the parcel even though the premises are not yet opened which has caused me serious issues for my wider business and no parcel has turned up. - the parcel "delivery timeframe" has now lapsed and I feel at Adexa's mercy with nobody to contact and no parcel delivered. This is wholly unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.

Purchased a countertop fridge but they sent wrong dividers. They now won't send the correct ones. They advertised 1/4 pans which I bought and they don't fit. They then suggested 1/3 pans which I bought and don't fit. According to their supplier Caterzone they have sent the wrong spaced dividers as I sent photo's however Adexa won't send the correct ones and won't help resolve the issue. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered a metal cabinet. Obviously damaged looking at the packaging so refused acceptance as told in their damage policy. Emailed photos showing damage. Only automated responses. Eventually used 'live chat' only to be told to have a replacement or pay 25% of the total price for a cancellation refund. The landline number is unobtainable. Would not recommend this company.

Bought some chaffing dishes but after few months it stopped working as the heating element will not work. Dealt with customer service agent for 2 months to sort it out. All of sudden she stopped responding. Called which takes 45minutes to answer. After explaining this, they told me the person who was dealing with my issue has left. So I explained the situation and the agent said I will sorted it out and assign this task to me. Any after week nothing happened. So I called. This time again explaining the situation. This person very abrupt. I asked for supervisor, manager. She will not pass on to me. As they are busy. Anyway I passed all details as she promised to get some answers. At the end of the week nothing happened. I called again spoke to few other people explaining the same thing again and again. Until on the 9th I spoke to a girl called Bethan. Promised to get back to me in couple days.Guess what no response. So I started calling. After 35-45 minutes holding on the phone for agent I get cut off. I sense they done this in purpose to avoid me. 15th Oct: Agent answered and believe its the same person abrupt. I asked to speak Bethan. She wouldn’t pass me to her. In explained the situations. She clearly told me my appliance is not covered as it’s not business to consumer. As it’s a business to business I need to call an engineers to give a report. This machines is like a toaster. I already sent this units out by post to their depot in July. I earlier had the same issues but was replaced. This same product has broken down again. Avoid this company and their customer service is an next level “very bad” They don’t provide solution or answers but always tackling to get rid of the people on the phone. Its seems they are doing this everyday. I know lot people have issue with their products. I “Warn You” avoid this company and their products. It may be cheap “Chinese Made” but you have no warranty and will end up throwing this with amount of headache this company will give you.

The product is fine. High quality stainless steel. I bought a drawer unit and a freestanding sink. It comes wrapped in white plastic which is near impossible to remove. It's taken hours days... to remove the plastic on the outside , not going to bother with removing the plastic in the inside. So frustrating. And Annoyingly, it's impossible to speak to anyone and I'm waiting to get an answer from the 'live' chat which says it's replying within 2 hours. Not exactly a live chat then. Frustrating. Terrible, nonexistent communication

Do not buy from this company. I was sold a locking filing cabinet that doesn’t lock. I have spent weeks calling a number that’s never answered. I spoke to the sales team who were aware that the calls are not answered. I sent several emails, only two were answered and they responded with utter nonsense which completely disregarded the complaint reason that I had stated. The product is faulty and they simply don’t respond. I am not someone to complain or write bad reviews but this is the worst company with the worst products and company care that I have ever encountered. They are clearly aware of their shortcomings because they don’t answer the phone and the automated message says not to contact the sales team, clearly people get so exasperated that they try to speak to any department that will answer. I have followed up the last email that I sent that wasn’t answered, I’m still waiting for a reply. The directors and employees should be utterly ashamed of themselves. It’s not hard to do this well.

Ordered an electric fan oven realised it's broken,dented and unusable, was offered £50 of next order , no thank you, we need a refund and they are not giving it. Tried to upload pictures but it won't let me.

Why didn't i read the bad reviews first. orderd a Grey storage cabinet for my shop it arrived 5 days later box all batterd and ripped and cabinet damaged and bent on the corner plus they had sent out the wrong colour..Emailed them straight away didn't get any response till 3 days later saying I wasent in the 24 hour time frame so they couldn't do anything.so I kept on asking questions she said they would give me a £15 voucher to use next time I order as if iam stupid enough to do that again...then they said the damage wasent to bad so I would be able to use the cabinet.what part of no don't u understand its damaged and the wrong colour if I wanted black I would have brought black...about 10 emails over the past week still no further forward not getting anywhere with the company a refund has bein mentioned and that's it nothing has bein sorted..dont waste your money with this company there very hard work don't want to help u or sort anything out.

Ordered and recieved a fridge, it had a missing shelf support bracket. Flagged it to Adexa, they refused to send as I was over the 24hr to report it. But I never unpacked the fridge for 2 weeks. I offered to pay for the bracket, they replied we don't sell parts, Google it. #shocking

Paid for next day delivery - which was about £20. My delivery arrived OVER 2 WEEKS LATER. Terrible customer services over email saying I was in the wrong not getting my order in soon enough (?!) Until another person took over and admitted they were in the wrong and would issue a refund. It has now been a few months - still no refund and they do not answer emails. Awful, do not use Adexa.

Goods arrived damaged. Can't get a response from anyone about a replacement. Have read the reviews and we've given up - and are putting the damage right ourselves - it's just too much effort to argue! Yes, they're unprofessional and their damage / returns policy is completely inflexible and unworkable - but we're too busy to take on the fight. AVOID THEM!

Please don't order anything Worst company I ever seen I am a trade customer Ordered goods for my customer on 9th of September & paid for next day delivery until now some items not been delivered When I call never answered or sometimes waiting for an hour Even for email they don't send reply I don't know how they run their business
