Sent us badly damaged freezer and instead refund or replacement offering us coupon. We have sent proof of the damage outside our premises still waiting. Seems like we will take a legal action tomorrow.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They never update on what's going’s with my order’ I'm the one chasing my own order. So many people giving me different dates and different information’ they don't even know whats going on them self. If i had the chance i would have given’s 0 stars. In this day and age no email no telephone no update . Shameful company. Never again with this company. Be aware people you’re the one thats going to be chasing your own order . Its been nearly a month and still they making me chase it . Shameful company

I ordered a commercial fridge from Adexa Direct which was advertised as including more than four internal shelves. On setup, I discovered only four shelves were included, meaning the product was not as described at point of sale. I contacted customer service to request the missing shelves. Despite multiple polite attempts to resolve the issue, I was told that because the problem was not reported within 24 hours, they would not assist—regardless of the fact the item was incomplete. They offered a discount or coupon, but refused to provide the missing shelf or contact the manufacturer, which I would have expected as standard. I made the purchase in good faith as a small business, and I am disappointed by the lack of accountability or willingness to correct what is clearly a shortfall in what was sold. I would encourage other customers to double-check items immediately upon delivery and be cautious when purchasing from this company.

Title: Warning – Faulty Refrigerator & Irresponsible Seller I am sharing my experience to warn other customers. I purchased a refrigerator from this store, and when it was delivered, the delivery team clearly saw that the unit was faulty. They even acknowledged the issue and signed a note to confirm the problem. However, they refused to take it back, saying we had to contact the seller directly. We reached out to the seller multiple times, but they completely ignored their responsibility. They refused to offer a replacement, refund, or any meaningful help — even though the product was clearly defective upon delivery and this was confirmed by their own delivery staff. This is not just unacceptable service — it’s a clear case of the seller avoiding all responsibility and pushing the burden entirely onto the buyer. I strongly advise others to avoid this business. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, don’t expect them to care or help.

I concur with others here, avoid buying from this company. I’m now in my 3rd week of trying to get a replacement or refund for a faulty airfryer and am no further forward. We informed them immediately upon delivery that the box was damaged and the fan on the airfryer didn’t work. We completed & submitted their warranty claim form, they didn’t respond, we chased and chased then we sent in one of their complaints forms, when I chased again they asked for a video showing the fault, where it’s plugged in, the back plate, serial no etc. We submitted a video as requested. Still no response, after hassling them further they then wanted a longer video which proved difficult by email but we managed eventually last Thursday. Today (Weds) I chased again after talking to our Credit card company who suggested a disputes route through them. I was then emailed by Adexa asking again for a longer video etc I’m sure they’re just stringing me along. It’s now 3 1/2 weeks since delivery and I feel they’re not going to replace or refund so I shall now use the disputes route through my credit card company.

Bought a commercial water boiler 7 weeks ago. Walked into our kitchen to a sickly burning smell and piping hot water jetting out vertically from the relief valve. All in all, very dangerous! Adexa customer service expect ME to pay for an engineer to diagnose then if approved return to repair the appliance! If will cost less to bin if and buy a new one, NOT FROM this company though. We had another water boiler from them which lasted just over a year before it broke. My advice is to check warranty ts and cs before you purchase anything from these! Citizens advice will be contacted...

Horrendous company to deal with. They don’t answer you emails for a week if at all, they don’t answer their phones, they take twice as long to deliver than they say an to cap it off I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a refund and they have now told me my refund will be in another 2 weeks! Don’t touch them with a barge pole!

Wish I’d seen these reviews before buying. Bought a commercial oven a year ago, signed for it as being delivered. When unpacked it was damaged to one side and the back. Contacted Adexa immediately and sent pics, all packaging was good and even the wrapping around oven was intact so it was agreed it was damaged before packing. BUT because I hadn’t unpacked at roadside and then packed it again and refused it, whilst keeping the delivery man waiting, Adexa said it was down to me as I’d signed for it. Also the oven didn’t have the functions it was advertised with. When I pointed it out to Adexa they changed the wording on the website. I went to Trading Standards, who were aware of the firm, Amex and citizens advice. No luck at all. As a consumer I had no protection at all. Seems a year on they’re still getting away with it

If I could give you 0 I would. Damaged goods - and Zoe - well you are the worst. You delivered our kitchen units to the wrong address on the wrong day. We had to retrieve them - and amazingly they are damaged. I have asked for a refund - you offered £50 compensation on £1000 goods - which are unsafe to use. I want a refund and I want them collected. Please make it happen.

Item (chair) broke within a few months use by a quiet, careful chap in a quiet office. Adexa refused to take any responsibility and insisted WE pay for an 'engineer' to come out to us and write a 'comprehensive report' on the item. We sent full video evidence but they would take no responsibility, their customer service was ridiculously slow and they would not give a telephone number or a complaints email. Will never use them again. Would suggest you avoid them.

They have failed to delivery my item and have sent it to the wrong address, they are refusing to send it to the correct address unless I pay for the delivery otherwise they will cancel my order, charge me £24 delivery fee plus 25% restocking fee. I have purchased from Adexa previously and the address they have tried to deliver to has always been a correspondence address but for some unknown reason they have tried to deliver to this address and say I told them to. Why on earth would I ask them to deliver to an address at the other end of the Country is beyond me.

Order 1443178 was placed and paid for on 7th March 2025. This order was for a commercial fridge unit and a HZB12A ice maker. What I received was the fridge unit and a BL-1088 mini fridge. I raised the issue on 14th March and received an apology from the Customer Care desk together with a request for photos of the incorrectly received unit. These I sent on 15th March. After that, things went wrong. I had to chase multiple times for an update. Finally on 21st March I was instructed to prepare the mini fridge for return on a pallet. For this I had to source a fresh pallet, which I find unreasonable for a small 2Kg item. However, I did this. Since 26th March, I have sent a further six emails asking for progress on a collection date and the delivery of my ice maker. I haven't received any response. The lack of customer care and insisting on return of an incorrect item before despatching what was paid for is awful.

I bought two items in October 2024, and one had broken by the 6th of December. I had been waiting over 4 months for a part and or a manager to contact me. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again. If I could offer this zero stars, I would. Number 1365936
