Adexa has a reputation of sending their customers damaged goods then offering them a funny amount of voucher.

Appalling. Never made the delivery. Claimed it was refused. Utter rubbish. Refusing full refund and want delivery paid for. Next stop trading standards. Avoid at all costs

Was desperate for another Drinks for the shop as the one we had just died. Went online on the 28-03-26 found one with Adexa and purchased it paid the optional monies (£25) for next day delivery., as it was a weekend I was expecting the fridge delivered Tuesday31-04-26, I had up until that point had no issues with several emails from them mainly informing me of the T&C’s etc. By the 01-04-26 the emails had stopped, It was at this point I realised these people have no Customer Support other than an email address. After elimination of couriers they might use I found the one that matched my Tracking number. Supposedly it was out for delivery but ETA was between 17.20 and 19.20 (shop shuts at 6 but managed to get someone to hang about if it went over). The charges they impose if you’re not there when they arrive are well pointed out in the T&C’s. By 20.30 nothing had arrived and I had given up, I went back onto the tracking it was still showing as out for delivery but this time I notices a comment on the at warehouse part it said unable to scan label torn. I sent an email to the only contact you get with Adexa explaining it had not arrived and about the label, All I got back was a generic email saying that someone would be in touch. The next day with checking the tracking it was still saying it was out for delivery the previous day and time slot. I sent another email to Adexa asking for a contact number of either themselves or the courier, to this I received an email with a missing items form to fill in, once filled in they would get back to me within 72 hours (3 days and they are shut week-ends. The days went by, me sending emails, the tracking still telling me it was being delivered on the 01-04-26. On the 05-04 -26 I received an email from them no explanation or informing me what is happening, it just simply said they were returning my monies I had paid for next day which would be in my bank within the next 15 days. At this point I was desperate I sent an email cancelling the order, and went on to purchase elsewhere on the 07-04-26. On the 09-04-26 I received an email again no other words other than your goods are arriving today and again reference to the charges if nobody is around to take delivery. I sent another email to them stating I had already cancelled the order due not receiving the goods and no communication from them , although the tracking had changed to 11.30 on the 9th no delivery ever did show up. Luckily the other fridge I had ordered elsewhere showed up the same day and this was without extra charges. A few days later I emailed them requesting a full refund, straight away I had a reply stating their T&C’s again and informing me the refund would be less 25% cancellation fee and courier charges, leaving me around £250 out of pocket. Not a bad bit of a hustle for this lot is it, they repeatively make a big issue that you should refer to their T&C’s so take it they do this a lot (It states delivery 3-5 days unless special weekend or next day delivery is purchased (which I did ). So in a nutshell I’ve been scammed They failed on delivering my order and the Customer services are disgusting. It will not be the end over the next few days I will look into my options Small claims or Solicitor. But please go elsewhere. This is a very bad Company.

Refuse to resolve the issue from them not sending the right product. They sent the wrong item and now cant or wont resolve it with shocking customer service and no support I will ever use them again.

This company clearly has no understanding of customer service, honesty or moral integrety. To try and get past the chat bots is impossible to attempt to submit a complaint form is impossible as the form will not submit without an uploadede photograph - how can you photograph missing parts? Any attempt to explain this situation via email is met with obfuscation and sheer stupidity and repeated demands that you submit the claims form , which ill not submit unless you upload photograhs that you can not take - Catch 22 Their complete thieves and bandits DO NOT EVER TRADE WITH THEM. I WAS FOOLISH TO DO SO ! To my complete regret!

Adexa Direct is clearly a doggy company, not only have poor product, also they have the worst customer service. Can you believe that they have no phone number to call and talk. The item we received was wrong and they charged us carrier fee and stocking fee. Some of my friends told me stay away from them but I didn’t listen them because I found something cheap in their web site. Anyway I learned my lesson in a painful way and I hope you don’t do the same mistake that I made.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them for 2 months now. They owe me £50 after I returned an unused item (which they accepted). After multiple emails with customer services they have told me on 4 separate dates that my refund would come to my account but it has never appeared. I have submitted a formal complaint that no one has even acknowledged, let alone responded to. It feels very much like this company does not give a dam about small businesses. £50 might not be a huge amount to most, but I’m a brand new small business that has now lost out because I’m not sure how else to resolve this. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Dishonest and incompetent

Second time using and had no issues, paid for next day delivery and really surprised at the quality of the red steel cabinets, great price and a tidy garage

We bought a new chest freezer for our small café from Adexa Direct of Treorchy. We paid for next day delivery but the freezer did not arrive for 2 days! They would not refund us the money we paid for next day delivery! Less than 3 weeks later the freezer broke down, and de-frosted over night at the loss of all our stock. When we contacted Adexa to report the faulty goods, they sent us a form to complete and asked for a picture of the faulty goods. They responded that their team would get back to us within 72 hours! In my view not very professional when they have supplied faulty goods to a small business that is dependant on the product sold. They went on to say that we had to provide an electrician to check the freezer and provide a full report at our own expense. Normally reputable suppliers simply replace the defective goods immediately, but not Adexa Direct! It turned out that their terms and conditions state that we must follow this procedure in the case of faulty goods. However, after taking legal advice we were told that under the 1979 Sale Of Goods Act, that these terms and conditions, seemed to constitute an “Unfair contract” under this act. We highlighted this to Adexa Direct and stated that the goods were not fit for purpose and they must collect the faulty goods and re-fund us within 5 days. They refused and we are now going to take legal action. My personal recommendation is that if you are a business, or private householder that you do not touch this company at all. In 35 years of business I have never come across a supplier that makes replacing faulty goods that they have supplied so difficult. There are many other reputable and professional suppliers out there that I will use in future. I will never use Adexa Direct again!

The worst customer service!!! After DPD failed to deliver our 2nd lot of tables, they were returned to Adexa. We had to pay a £24 redelivery fee and were them told that the tables had since been sold and we no longer in stock, but were still deducting a 25% restocking fee. Absolutely speechless, and after several emails to Ella the customer service agent, all she would say is its as per the T&C's. Never ordering from them again.

I ordered a fridge from Adexa on 30/03 and paid an extra £80 for “next day delivery”. Unfortunately, the service I received was completely unacceptable. The order has still not arrived, and this morning I was informed by the courier that the delivery had been changed to “economy delivery” without my knowledge or consent, with an estimated delivery date of 07/04. In other words, I paid for a premium service that I did not receive. It is unacceptable to charge customers for next day delivery and then downgrade the service without any communication or explanation. This shows a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. I do not recommend this company. If you need something urgently, avoid them — you may end up paying extra for nothing and not receiving what was promised.

Do not buy anything from this company there customer service is terrible received damaged goods asked for a refund but asked to fill a return form first which said I had to pay for the goods to be returned and handling charges I refused I quoted my consumer rights that damaged goods postage was to be paid for by the retailer contacted my bank about a cashback and informed them about the situation guess what received a refund straightaway. Should have looked at the reviews before purchasing should not be allowed to trade

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICR IN UK !!!I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. The customer service response has been very slow, and the overall experience has been frustrating. I have been trying to return my item, but the return address provided is incorrect. Both DPD and DHL have been unable to locate the address, which has made the process unnecessarily difficult. This situation has become a complete mess, and I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible.

I purchased and installed a commercial pot wash tap from Adexa. While testing the installation, I found a leak from the base of the Hot tap lever. The cartridge, which is non-standard (and I have still not found a replacement for) was cracked around the threaded body and broke easily in two while being removed. I have been a plumber for over 20 years and I have never had a cartridge Fail like this one before. I must assume that it's casting was faulty. Having gone through the rigmarole of filling out largely irrelevant warranty forms on Adexa's website they eventually replied telling me that "damage of this nature is not covered under the terms of our warranty". It seems to me that it would be an easy and low cost option for Adexa to send out a new cartridge and retain the good will of their customers. I will certainly not buy from them again. I would not recommend that anyone else does either!

Ordered numerous items from Adexa on next day delivery one of the items was Cleary damaged and was refused. We were sent 2 of another item and tried on numerous attempts to get them to clarify if they are going to pick up the extra item and deliver the item that was actually ordered. I am still no further forward with this request after many attempts to contact them. Shocking response and they are of no help. DO NOT ORDER FROM ADEXA!

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in the UK. Contacting customer support was extremely difficult, with long delays and no clear communication. I paid extra for next day delivery, placed my order on Monday, and yet the parcel did not arrive until Friday. This is completely unacceptable and far from the service that was promised. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting reliable delivery or responsive customer support.

Bottle chiller arrived with a big dent in it. Reported this to Adexa, who replied saying that this would not effect the performance and offered a 10% refund. Advised that I would like a replacement but they would not do this. They went on to advise that I would need to pay for my own return and that they would only refund 75% of what I paid because of 'processing' costs. Absolutely shocking company. Avoid at all costs.

This was the worst experience I have had with an online company. Do NOT buy from them. Goods were not the same as pictured, customer service was aggressive and unhelpful. There was no refund given despite being clearly mis-sold and not fit for purpose.
