The most appealing customer service I’ve ever experienced. Item delivered when builder was in when I arrived I took photos & videos to show that a forklift has gone THROUGH the vent and electrical system on a commercial fridge. So completely ruined, gas leaked out, unusable wouldn’t even attempt to turn on. Emailed all this was offered to return the fridge at my own cost also I may be charged up to 20% of the cost to repair it? Or I can have a £250 gift voucher to use on my next purchase! Won’t be a next purchase! All you receive back are generic copy & pasted emails & no phone number to contact either. The worse service I have honestly ever received. Surely the forklift truck driver felt going through a stainless steel fridge and electrical system but never bothered to report it and happily loaded it onto a van?

I ordered a coffee grinder only to be sent an espresso machine. I have gone through all their systems to get the item returned and my money refunded and now 1 week later the espresso machine is still in my kitchen and no refund is imminent. I'm at present waiting for them to send a courier which could be up to 14 days.

Very disappointing experience with Adexa. I ordered and paid for a Commercial Stainless Steel Portable Bar with 2 Cabinets, as clearly stated on my invoice and shown in the product photos on their website. However, the bar I received does not have the two cabinets and also does not include the bowl/container next to the ice well shown in the advertised images. I provided Adexa with my invoice, photos of the unit received, photos of the packaging, screenshots of the advertised product, and email evidence where one of their own customer service advisors confirmed that the bowl should have been included. Despite all of this, Adexa refused to accept that there was any issue and instead treated it as an “unwanted return”, meaning I would have to pay to return an item that does not match what I ordered. The next-day delivery also failed, although that delivery charge was eventually refunded. What is most disappointing is not just the mistake itself, but the way it has been handled. Any company can make an error, but good customer service is about recognising the issue and putting it right. This could have been resolved easily at the beginning by supplying the correct item or arranging a proper solution. Instead, I have wasted a lot of time going back and forth, while the bar is still sitting unused in my storeroom. I gave Adexa 14 days to resolve the matter formally, but that deadline has now passed with no satisfactory resolution. As a result, I am now proceeding through Money Claim Online. I had seen some negative reviews before ordering but decided to give Adexa the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I regret that decision. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Future buyers should be very careful, keep copies of all product descriptions and screenshots, and check everything thoroughly.

Bought a range hood for café from Adexa. The box appeared fine on arrival, but when our electrician opened it a few days later for installation, the hood inside was badly bent and unusable. Provided photographs and a full timeline, but Adexa refused a replacement or refund, relying solely on a 24‑hour reporting clause – despite the damage only being visible once the item was unpacked. Even after escalation through their complaints process, their position did not change. A small goodwill payment was offered instead as a “full and final” resolution, which is not appropriate for a product that cannot be used. Have now had to pursue this through my bank and will consider further action depending on the outcome. Based on this experience, would not recommend Adexa for commercial purchases where items may not be unpacked immediately: rigid terms, poor after-sales support, and no meaningful resolution when goods arrive damaged but the issue is only apparent on installation.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I was asked to make an additional payment of £24, which I paid on 22 May 2026. Despite the payment being made, I have still not received my order and have not been provided with any clear update regarding its status. Communication has been poor, and I have had to chase for information myself. The company stated that payment allocation could take up to 48 hours, but significantly more time has passed without resolution. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Customers should be aware of the delays and lack of communication before placing an order.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I would strongly advise businesses to think carefully before purchasing refrigeration equipment from Adexa. We purchased a refrigeration unit (Order 1716000) for our business and the unit arrived damaged. The metal frame was bent, there was visible damage to the plastic components, and photographs and videos were sent immediately upon delivery. To make matters worse, the refrigerator failed to perform its basic function. The unit was unable to achieve refrigeration temperatures and was displaying temperatures in excess of 35°C, making it completely unsuitable for commercial use. Despite reporting the damage and fault immediately, the process became unnecessarily difficult. Instead of arranging a straightforward collection and replacement/refund for a damaged and non-functioning unit, we were directed into a lengthy warranty procedure requiring forms, evidence, and further administrative steps, even though all photographs and videos had already been supplied. As a business owner, downtime costs money. When equipment arrives damaged and does not work, you expect a supplier to take responsibility and resolve the issue quickly. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. This is not the first time we have experienced problems with equipment arriving damaged during transit, which raises concerns about handling and quality control. At the time of writing, we are still seeking collection of the damaged unit and a full refund. Very disappointing experience and not a supplier I would use again.

Shocking experience. Missed delivery due to wrong address, even though my PC is autofill of details. Then wanted £50 for redelivery. Wanted to cancel as this was now over two weeks after making the order (and paying for next day delivery!) and could only cancel if I paid 20% cancellation fee of the value of the product or £125. Awful service. Poor communication. No effort to sort the issue by customer services, Kathlynn Murray. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I don't understand how this company is legally still allowed to be trading? Terrible products and terrible customer service. Send out faulty goods and don't even keep to their own terms and conditions.

Took for ever to come, then it wasn't as described, tried to telephone but that doesn't offer customer service( im not surprised you've turned the phones off) tried the chat online waited 50 minutes got Naomi then waited another 25 minutes, 75 minutes for nothing, put in a form and still waiting for the reply. Rubbish service. I've had to postpone the opening of my business and cancel 3 events costing me thousands of pounds. You are now very deservedly getting bad reviews and I aim to cost you as much as you have cost me.

Won't be purchasing from here again 1 of our items was damaged and due to informing the company 36 hours after the delivery they wouldn't resolve the issue as it was after 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Very disappointing.

Was desperate for another Drinks for the shop as the one we had just died. Went online on the 28-03-26 found one with Adexa and purchased it paid the optional monies (£25) for next day delivery., as it was a weekend I was expecting the fridge delivered Tuesday31-04-26, I had up until that point had no issues with several emails from them mainly informing me of the T&C’s etc. By the 01-04-26 the emails had stopped, It was at this point I realised these people have no Customer Support other than an email address. After elimination of couriers they might use I found the one that matched my Tracking number. Supposedly it was out for delivery but ETA was between 17.20 and 19.20 (shop shuts at 6 but managed to get someone to hang about if it went over). The charges they impose if you’re not there when they arrive are well pointed out in the T&C’s. By 20.30 nothing had arrived and I had given up, I went back onto the tracking it was still showing as out for delivery but this time I notices a comment on the at warehouse part it said unable to scan label torn. I sent an email to the only contact you get with Adexa explaining it had not arrived and about the label, All I got back was a generic email saying that someone would be in touch. The next day with checking the tracking it was still saying it was out for delivery the previous day and time slot. I sent another email to Adexa asking for a contact number of either themselves or the courier, to this I received an email with a missing items form to fill in, once filled in they would get back to me within 72 hours (3 days and they are shut week-ends. The days went by, me sending emails, the tracking still telling me it was being delivered on the 01-04-26. On the 05-04 -26 I received an email from them no explanation or informing me what is happening, it just simply said they were returning my monies I had paid for next day which would be in my bank within the next 15 days. At this point I was desperate I sent an email cancelling the order, and went on to purchase elsewhere on the 07-04-26. On the 09-04-26 I received an email again no other words other than your goods are arriving today and again reference to the charges if nobody is around to take delivery. I sent another email to them stating I had already cancelled the order due not receiving the goods and no communication from them , although the tracking had changed to 11.30 on the 9th no delivery ever did show up. Luckily the other fridge I had ordered elsewhere showed up the same day and this was without extra charges. A few days later I emailed them requesting a full refund, straight away I had a reply stating their T&C’s again and informing me the refund would be less 25% cancellation fee and courier charges, leaving me around £250 out of pocket. Not a bad bit of a hustle for this lot is it, they repeatively make a big issue that you should refer to their T&C’s so take it they do this a lot (It states delivery 3-5 days unless special weekend or next day delivery is purchased (which I did ). So in a nutshell I’ve been scammed They failed on delivering my order and the Customer services are disgusting. It will not be the end over the next few days I will look into my options Small claims or Solicitor. But please go elsewhere. This is a very bad Company.

This company clearly has no understanding of customer service, honesty or moral integrety. To try and get past the chat bots is impossible to attempt to submit a complaint form is impossible as the form will not submit without an uploadede photograph - how can you photograph missing parts? Any attempt to explain this situation via email is met with obfuscation and sheer stupidity and repeated demands that you submit the claims form , which ill not submit unless you upload photograhs that you can not take - Catch 22 Their complete thieves and bandits DO NOT EVER TRADE WITH THEM. I WAS FOOLISH TO DO SO ! To my complete regret!
