"If I could give 1 star I would. Avoid this company at all costs. We have received a severely damaged item. We have tried to contact them for over a week but unable to get through by telephone. Eventually got through today to be told we can return it but we'll have to pay for the return \"its in the terms and conditions\". Why should we have to pay to return a badly damaged parcel and be out of pocket? The product cannot be assembled as it is that badly damaged. They have a duty to supply goods fit for purpose - they have have not fulfilled their contract in supplying the product. Shame on you."

"What a discraceful company! \r\n\r\nI ordered an undercounter tripple fridge. This arrived completely wrecked. Broken glass and doors hanging off. I was told that their terms and conditions state that I must inspect the product before signing for it which was impossible as my joiner accepted the delivery. I reported the iissue within an hour of delivery but there was no apology whatsoever and just a repeated \"please read our terms and conditions\". \r\n\r\nThey have refused to replace the item and want to charge nearly \u00a3500 to collect the broken item.\r\n\r\nThe customer service is pointless. 2 hours to get through and they don't respond to emails at all! \r\n\r\nI am out of pocket over \u00a3600 and have a pallet of scrap metal in my back garden.\r\n\r\nAn absolute discrace! AVOID"
