"Bought and paid for a double door fridge and still not arrived over a week (9days) despite 3-5 days was promised. Only want to know the status, called their customer service, waited over 4 hours, from position 19 to 1 and waited for an hour at position 1 and was cut off at 5:02pm. Tracking number of the delivery does not work. Would not buy from them again."

I purchased a refrigerator from this store, and when it was delivered, the delivery team clearly saw that the unit was faulty. They even acknowledged the issue and signed a note to confirm the problem. However, they refused to take it back, saying we had to contact the seller directly.\r\n\r\nWe reached out to the seller multiple times, but they completely ignored their responsibility. They refused to offer a replacement, refund, or any meaningful help \u2014 even though the product was clearly defective upon delivery and this was confirmed by their own delivery staff.\r\n\r\nThis is not just unacceptable service \u2014 it\u2019s a clear case of the seller avoiding all responsibility and pushing the burden entirely onto the buyer.\r\n\r\nI strongly advise others to avoid this business. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, don\u2019t expect them to care or help."
