SCUM company. DO NOT USE. Bought a catering table 7 months ago and the rubber on the coasters have broke up and disintegrated. They wont replace under warranty because the item is classed as broken and not faulty!!!! No point having a warranty system really is there ADEXA??? Does not warrant 1 star but can't give 0. Hope you go out of business before you con many more people.

BUYERS BEWARE, I wish I checked their reviews first! I purchased a fridge from this outfit on 13th December and within a week of using the product a chemical smell came from it, all the items in the fridge reeked of the chemical smell. Given that I had the product less than 14 days, I wrote to them asking for a refund. Please see their reply below! AVOID THESE PEOPLE Hi there, Thank you for contacting us and we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your item. After reviewing your evidence and additional notes on your order, due to the size and value of the item we are happy to offer you our back to base warranty. This type of warranty means that you can return the item to ourselves at your own cost and once then when the item is confirmed as returned in our warehouse it will then be inspected by our offsite engineers. If the engineers deem the item to be faulty then this will be repaired. Only if the item is non repairable then a coupon for the item value or replacement can be issued. If no replacement is available then a coupon will automatically be generated for the amount. Coupons are valid for 6 months and can be used on our website. If your item is returned under this warranty and is found to be in full working order the item will be returned back to you without prior notice . If the item is returned and no fault is found or the item is found to be poorly maintained and therefore a fault has developed from this then we will not be liable and again the item will be returned back to you without prior notice. You may also be liable for the cost of the return of the product to yourself should this issue arise. Please note that if your product is found to be damaged during transit upon its return then you will also be liable for this. Please ensure that the product is correctly and securely packaged upon return to avoid any damages from occurring Once we have received the results of our independent engineers report we will then be in contact with you to advise of the next steps. Please advise if you wish to proceed with this offer or alternatively, if this is not a suitable option for you then an engineer’s report will be required as per our standard warranty procedure which is outlined in our terms and conditions. Please note that all returns must be made within 14 days, any returns made after this timeframe will be rescinded.

A truly shocking company, in all the years I have been in catering I have never dealt with a shoddier company than this one. Tried to return a blender that became faulty in a mater of months & was first told I couldn't. After much discussion they returned the product only to send me out the same one In my opinion as it had the exact same fault. Customer service was truly shocking and blankly refused my request for a full refund as I have received faulty goods. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Appalling company. Selling products with missing items and scaming people. It is a criminal activity. I think Class Action lawsuit would teach them a lesson. Please avoid dealing with this company at all costs. Disgusting and criminal behaviour!!!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Ordered an item and paid extra for next day delivery which was due on the Tuesday as I ordered on the weekend. Waited in all day, no delivery. Contacted on phone twice was assured it would be shipped on the following Tuesday and would be delivered on Wednesday and was assured it would be with us before Christmas. Waited in all day, no delivery. Contacted them again and they said they couldn't give any more information and couldn't contact their warehouse and it was unlikely to be delivered before Christmas. I cancelled the order and requested a refund which they agreed to do but couldn't tell when I would receive refund until such time as the order was cancelled. Leave well alone.

Awful company. We spent a good chunk of money on 3new bar fridges and when they were delivered I had time to a cursory check and noticed no damage. Unfortunately when unpacked 1 of the fridges was damaged and missing the digital reader so it was unable to come down to temperature. Reported to Adexa who delayed the whole complaint process until their 14 days after the delivery was up and then refused to help any further. Utterly disgusted by their lack of decent customer service.

Ordered a tap. Paid extra £19.99 for shipping in UK. One week later still had not been shipped. Contacted them for an explanation. They said that I paid for standard delivery and that's why it had not been shipped yet. What! I demanded to know when it would be shipped. They cancelled the order. Rude, unprofessional company. Stay away.

Avoid! Went online and ordered items in stock. 1 parcel out of 2 delivered on time. Second parcel I had to chase up, just to find out the item is out of stock! I've been offered refund or replacement so I took replacement (online was in stock!) and again 2 weeks later, after my emails I find out item is out of stock and they don't know when item is back in stock?! After 6 weeks going to chase refund! Communication is terrible, customer service even worst!

Do Not Use This company delivers wrong items that are damaged and then do not give you your money back. We have contacted them everyday for weeks chasing our refund but have not got it. Sam the transport manager will not speak to us on the phone although he agreed our bacs payment and that the item was mispicked by Adexa. The customer service will not give names or allow you to speak with the accounts department. Everytime we call they claim to not know anything about our case and say a refund will be requested. tehy also say they will requested a manager call back to us within 48hours which does not happen either. The customer service also refuse to give their names so you cant follow it up.This is a carefully scripted response to refunds to delay the process. we will now be taking the legal route.Which we had read the reviews before dealing with company. Would advise that you do the same.

Toaster arrived on time but badly packaged and with a broken plug. Also ordered a pot & pan that was out of stock and arrived 2 weeks later. Never received any emails. Dreadful communication. Tried to get a refund, called after approx. 20 days to be told that item was received but not logged on system. Will take at least a further 14 days. Worst customer service experienced. Avoid this company.

The goods which I ordered were never delivered. I requested a refund which has not been given. They are now failing to reply to communications. PLEASE DO NOT RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY BY ORDERING FROM ADEXA DIRECT LTD.

Absolutely fuming. Worst customer service ever. When I ordered 4 chairs in July only 1 arrived. Was told they were not in stock snd because I didn’t reply to their e-mail immediately was told that the remaining payment would be coupons. I challenged this and was told there was nothing they could do as this was their policy!! Ordered other items later and was told that the coupons were were out of date!! MY MONEY out of date!!! NEVER will I use this company again

Package was delivered damaged and when asked regarding a compensation they said that they can’t accept it and they can offer a return however I have to pay for the delivery. This is ridiculous
