Why on earth didn’t I read reviews first . Ordered a toaster delivered damaged due to non existent packaging .toaster was dented also packaging . Only when I looked into the process of reporting it the realisation kicked it immediately what a dodgy company I was dealing . You can tell they will do all n their power t make the process as awkward as possible with no help or nobody to deal with the problem . I read on here from other customers that they couldn’t do anything as they didn’t report within 24 yours . I reported by email through their supposedly fault process within half an hour and heared nothing since over a week ago and don’t expect to . Should have gone to a reputable company like curry’s and will do next time but I’m like a dog with a bone and won’t rest until I get a replacement even if it means going through the small claims courts . What a shambles . The way the parcel is packaged speaks volumes
