Ordered a patio heater in the sale. When it arrived the parcel was rattling and had a sticker on it saying damaged goods! Bits of glass fell out of the corner. Adexa ignored our complaint until I told them the goods were unfit for purpose under general sale of goods actually and I would be contacting trading standards if we didn't get a refund. That finally got a result and we have been refunded. We were told the parcel should not have been sent out. They didn't want it back some opened it to find three broken units inside!!! What a grossly inefficient company!!
