First they asked to send video, then asked to change a fuse which we done, next they asked to send picture, video of the motor. The issue is dragging now for over 2 weeks without any help from them. They don't want to exchange the item. They don't want to help. They don't care about customer. We have restaurant to run !! Do not recommended adexa !!! Stay away !!!

Delivered item was damaged. It was reported on the same day to customer service. Adexa Direct refused to replace it and offered a voucher to cover 20% of it cost. So money was wasted!!!

We recently made a purchase from this company, acquiring a glasswasher. Although we were eager to start using it, we had to make space for it in our establishment during the first week and subsequently installed it in the second week. Unfortunately, after just one week of operation, we encountered a significant issue. Both the drain pump and the rinse aid pumps not working, resulting in a continuous flooding of our basement. In our efforts to rectify the situation, we contacted Adexa to inquire about the warranty process. To our dismay, we were informed that a comprehensive engineer's report would be required, and the cost would be borne by us, the customer. Furthermore, we were informed that as a commercial entity, we do not fall under the protection of consumer laws. Regrettably, our interactions with Adexa's call handlers left much to be desired. Their demeanor was consistently rude, and their assistance was minimal, often bordering on condescending. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied. We feel compelled to caution others against dealing with Adexa. Based on our experience, we would strongly discourage anyone from considering this company for their commercial needs. It pains us to say it, but our experience leads us to believe that Adexa's practices verge on what one might describe as professional deception. Prior to making any purchasing decisions, we implore you to conduct thorough research and consider other options. It is our hope that others can avoid the misfortune we experienced.

Terrible company to deal with. If there was an option for no stars, that would be my feedback. I never like to give negative feedback as I feel some instances are very much isolated, however I was so shocked with the lack of customer care and the attitude towards the customer, that I found it necessary to share this experience as nobody should have to deal with people or companies like this. I ordered an extractor, prior to ordering I requested from sales support (Kathlynn ) to confirm the direction in which the air is extracted. I could not have made it more clear, does the extraction come out from the “Wall / back” the extractor is attached onto or the top / ceiling? I asked 3 times to confirm the back was the wall and not the ceiling so there was not misunderstandings. This was confirmed via email by Kathlynn. I then placed the order and noticed they required the item to be checked before the courier left. I emailed them to let them know I would need to know the day before the delivery is scheduled so I can arrange to be home, this is a reasonable request. I received a blanket response that the shipment will be sent out in 3-5 days. 2 days later I got an email saying your item has been shipped and is out for delivery. This was at 10am on the same day. The delivery was made 2-3 hours later so it was impossible for me to be home to check the delivery. Completely unreasonable time scales to expect someone to be available within 2 hours. On arriving home I noticed the box damaged, I inspected the extractor and it had several dents in it, it also did not extractor from the back as expected. I emailed Kathlynn immediately to report this with images and video footage of the delivery. I then called to be confronted by an extremely rude individual accusing me of being a liar before even allowing me to explain the circumstances. I then spoke to Kathlynn who also said you accepted the delivery and signed for it so its now your issue not ours. Regarding the extraction and the fact it is not as stated, they have not commented. So not only was I mis sold a product it also came damaged. I then inspected the delivery confirmation from the courier and it had my name as signatory and someone signed on my behalf so effectively they did not have my signature. My wife opened the garage for them to locate the box in the garage, she could not inspect it and was not asked to sign anything, and to be honest would not have known what to look out for. Even after presenting all the above facts with images, videos and extracts from the emails Kathlynn sent to me, the response I had on the phone from another rude individual who refused to give me their name or the managers name, was the return would incur our standard return charges they are extortionate. I am yet to receive a response form an email I sent to Kevin Paodonoghue the company director. Terrible company.

I installed a glass wash what had been purchased by the landlord of a pub directly. The unit lasted three weeks until malfunction. Contacted Adexa for warrantee information to be told that a full engineers report had to be submitted at the cost of the customer. The fault was due to a broken wash pump impeller this cannot be replaced as a separate part. A full pump is needed at cost of £300 plus VAT. Adexa’s call handlers are extremely rude, unhelpful and talk to you like a robot. The customer has now purchased a brand-new glass wash from a reputable company. I would never ever recommend or trade with Adexa ever again! This company is a professional scammer!! Please do your research before purchasing your product.

I purchased a frier from this company, the item broke after 8 hours of use, i eventually managed to return it for a replacement that proceeded to break within 2 hours After this i queried a refund from adexa and was told this could only be done at my own cost and that the consumer goods act does bot apply to me or themselves, and that a refund would likely not be issued as they felt the cause if the fault was my misuse. After this they refuse to respond to emails. Definately would avoid.

Don't trust Adexas own reviews...there bias and are hand selected by adexa! Have you noticed all of adexas reviews are 5 stars? Seems odd!?! I bought a mini oven from adexa based on the gleaming reviews on the website that was purchased slightly impulsively as I wasn't in the market for one. Soon after i received an email that basically said that 'IF you submit a review and if WE select it and publish it on our website YOU could recieve a discount code for a future purchase'? I noticed while browsing later on that ALL reviews are 5 stars so suspected they are obviously hand picking only positive reviews and totally disregarding negative ones? Im not suggesting this is unlawful but it certainly is questionable, the whole point of a review is to provide a fair unbias judgement of goods. Not only for customers sake to assess the quality of products, but can be useful for the company aswell. People shop with there eyes...if you see an image/symbols of 5 glimmering stars in a row you would be more likely to be drawn to these products. Don't get me wrong they sell some really decent carering equipment but I would avoid buying products for the home as they are badly designed and poorly manufactured. Don't buy b-grade from adexa! (I bought an office chair that had a backrest which tilted way too far back and couldn't be adjusted, it was extreme for myself and I'm rather light...After less than a year it gave way and snapped, not a massive concern it was only £60) Another product i bought from adexa was 'B-Grade Workbench' thats worktop had a type of manufacturered wood that was entirely unsuitable for purpose(cheap compressed chipboard) it arrived with an 1/8th shredded off so I immediately contacted them regarding this issue. I sent 3 emails that had sufficient textual information describing the damage along with photographic evidence. ALL of which were totally disregarded/ignored (unimportant and irrelevant to them) I still haven't been refunded for this item and could seek financial advice as this incident has inadvertently had an negative impact on my curent health issues aswell. Email is a valid form of communication and any complaints that a company recieves should be dealt equally alongside phone contact, not just snubbed! There customer services have no interest in hearing an negative feedback and advice from customers, and clearly has a profit-centric mentality approach that is embedded within the business and stems from the very top...any company that has a severe negligence to provide efficient customer support is acting unlawfully and should be investigated by trading standards. I doubt they are short staffed, its an attitude problem that is endemic not only within this company but others too and is unacceptable. This individual clearly cannot make the distinction between a screen and a human being. Conditioned by years in this setting has washed them of all morality(stone cold!) Do you have a soul? I also suspect that unless this paticular individual providing support has very strong allegiances with the company, whom has challenged a genuine/honest complaint unnecessarily harshly..must be recieving financial incentives from management?...(immoral and unlawful!) Customer services are obliged to investigate each customer complaint fairly with an unbias assessment.. (this isn't a retail/shopping type of environment) if companys are selling faulty/damaged goods that haven't been checked due to their own poor practice and procedures they aught to listen to their customers...apologise for there wrongdoings and neglegence, TAKE NOTE and make the improvements so this type of thing doesn't continually occur. Adexa DON'T INSPECT RETURNS FOR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER. The returned items cardboard packaging clearly hadnt even been opened. Maybe problems in the warehouse that need sorting? They're obviously not interested. ADEXA Only provide Stock images of products? All websites I've visited in the past selling b-grade items have images of the actual product you are buying..photographic evidence usually with someone pointing to the damage. B-Grade is a blanket term for any products that are damaged in some way. It can vary from a small strach/dint TO in my case major damage beyond repair(G-GRADE-absolute GARBAGE) Maybe amendments in the law that make this an essential requirement to prevent this type of thing happening in the future(would certainly slow down adexas slap dash approach) If you have a moral conscious AVOID ADEXA My email correspondence is below, my initial request is totally reasonable(despite being angry as its a bulky item that I've had to pay my local council £27 to remove) I was really disgusted by the swift snub so sent another email that had a slightly more threatening tone(reasonable) I still haven't received no response to this 2 weeks later

Please see all reviews on here as they are 100% correct. We ordered a freezer from them and because of where we live it had to be unloaded on a main road before being moved by us down a lane. As I can be a bit heavy handed I was extra extra careful so it would get to its final location undamaged in any way. Imagine my horror to discover it had been clearly damaged in their warehouse and then shipped out with the damage not being outwardly visible on delivery. As soon as the damage was found we rang them and emailed along with pictures (see some below) as the lid was completely crushed in the corner, Hinges bent and another corner bent in. The customer rep did tell me to plug it in and confirm it was working and he would organise a sizable discount if we keep it and repair it ourselves. This turned out to be £60 which doesn't even cover the replacement of the hinges that we would need to get let alone the repairs required to the lid. Do not be gullible like me and plug it in as then it is classed by them as used!!!!! When I pointed out the sum offered was not enough and they should either offer more, repair it or collect it we were told we had to ship it ourselves at our cost that they won't refund (see other peoples comments). Also there is a restocking fee of 25%. So another words it will cost us well over half the cost of the freezer to return it.....and to boot we would have to pay to get another freezer shipped to us!!!!! We are lodging a complaint with Warwickshire trading standards as we believe this set of company policies is illegal and perhaps if everyone else does the same this company will get shut down. Its not hard to see how they have £7m+ in their accounts. Staff are rude and don't care as well. I am going to cut and paste this to other review sites and suggest others doo too!

worse company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a mobile bar for an event, almost a month later item is still not delivered even though it said 3 to 5 working days at the time of order. I have called, emailed, chased several times to no avail. The tracking clearly shows the item was never delivered and I have requested a refund, however they wont issue my refund either - they claim they need to receive the item back at their warehouse (bearing in mind this is not a return, its a case on non delivery). I have asked to escalate the issue to a manager on their end but their customer service advisor was also very rude and insists I cant speak to a manager but the manager or someone from their team will call me back ... till date and after several chasers no one has called back and still no refund, they said to give it a week for them to receive the item from the courier ... still nothing an now its almost a month and they still have my payment and haven't offered any help or refund. Its been my worse purchasing experience so far.

If you really want to lose money, not receive exactly what you ordered, or be disrespected, then deal with Adexa company. Adexa is the only company I've witnessed that has employees and manager who are dishonest, have grudges, or have hatred. I ordered two items same make and model, but they won't have one in stock. Either I have to pay a 25% fee to receive a refund or wait until they have another one in stock. It's clear that they rip people. The existence of such a company is a violation. Gathering and reporting them is necessary to prevent them from ripping more people.

They ignore consumer law and do not take responsibility for anything. I purchased 4 cooler products, and when we took the products out of the box after delivery, we saw that 1 under-counter cooler was damaged from the back and sides. Thinking that this was due to the cargo, we notified ADEXA about the situation by e-mail. Later, upon examination, we realized that this damage was not caused by cargo, that the product was damaged during storage, and we reported this to ADEXA along with the pictures. In our e-mail, we wrote that this damaged product should be taken back and replaced with a new one. In order to return this product, a Sales Associate asked for a payment of 20% re-stock of the product price, £144 shipping fee, £120 as the sales price of the pallet on which the product was placed, for a total of £327. I paid £319 to purchase the product. Even though we wrote that these demands were against Consumer Law, that they should not receive these payments, and that a defective product should be replaced free of charge by the seller company, the Sales Associate responded like a parrot with the same e-mail and they did not produce any solution. NEVER buy products from this company. You will regret it. When you read all the comments on Trustpilot, you will see that the problem is the same. I will also complain about this company to Trader standards and I will not leave this behind.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PURCHASED COMMERCIAL WASTE BIN. The item delivered did not look new on arrival additionally when it was put together the peddle to open the lid keeps falling off there are no proper fitments. I was asked to video & take pictures and send them to customer services. This took days & I then had to send again. I was advised that if I wished to return the item I would have to pay a 25% re stocking fee together with postage. I challenged this as I felt that it is totally inappropriate only to be advised that on referral to a manager they could not do anything. This company will not take any responsibility for faulty goods that they are selling on the pretence of new goods. Disgusting service & products. Lesson learnt read the reviews before buying.
