Terrible Service, Still No Delivery After 10 Days
I placed an order (Order No. 1524368) with Adexa Direct on 21st July — it's now 10 days later and I’ve still not received the items (KIT99 x2).
I've tried every channel possible to get an update:
Waited 48 minutes on hold to speak to someone on the phone
Emailed — no response after multiple days
Filled out their Missing Delivery form
Tried to use the web chat, which was also unresponsive
I contacted them four times and still no delivery or proper update. They finally sent me a tracking link that doesn’t work. Completely unacceptable service.
For a professional catering supplier, this level of service is appalling — no urgency, no proactive communication, and no working tracking.
Avoid this company if you value your time and need reliable delivery.
