Like most of the other reviews on here,
Awful quality items, both our products were damaged and broken. They give no customer service service at all, If your lucky to get hold of anyone which is probably the same as winning the lottery. They have procedures in place which cost you money and jump through endless hoops to get any kind of refund for damaged and broken items. This is how they get away with selling faulty unusable items. Trading Standards should be ashamed that they have been out witted by this cunning company.
