I purchased a dough mixer from Adexa, and within two weeks it stopped working.
Despite their claim that the machine can handle 6 kg of flour, it struggled to mix even 2–3 kg properly. I contacted Adexa immediately and explained the situation in detail. Their response was beyond unacceptable.
They refused any return or replacement, and instead asked me to hire an engineer at my own expense to prepare a fault report. Only after that would they consider approving a spare part request. This is a shocking and irresponsible way to treat paying customers.
The product was brand new and fully paid for, yet Adexa takes no responsibility. Their after-sales support is nonexistent. This experience has cost me both time and money.
If you’re a business owner who values reliability and professionalism, stay away from Adexa. This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve had with any supplier in the UK.
