Don't use this company.
Purchased a bar fridge, which was delivered and left in our car park. Upon opening, found a door to be badly damaged. Adexa would not accept product back without heavy losses on our side, so we agreed to a £70 Adexa voucher as resolution for the damaged good.
When the voucher was received, we tried using it, but found it to be worth only £56 as they remove the vat when you try to use it.
This company have absolutely terrible customer service, they don't reply quickly to emails, won't accept any liability for damage without massive loss to customer and don't think it's important to keep customers happy.
Do yourself a favour , shop elsewhere!
