I bought a set of shelves from them. I built them straight away on a Friday afternoon. I wasn't at my desk again till Monday morning when I reported the problem. Because it was less than 24 hours after I received them they wouldn't do anything about it.

Easily the most disappointing company I've ever encountered. Their attitude is consistently rude and arrogant. The level of customer service is shockingly low, with a complete lack of concern and responsiveness. Communication seems to be a burden to them, as they either ignore inquiries or provide dishonest answers. They gladly accept your payment but show zero interest afterward. They offer no genuine assistance whatsoever. In the face of any issue, their default approach is to blame the customer. A prime example was when they wrongly accused me of not being present during a delivery attempt. I had to resort to sharing CCTV footage just to prove my presence. Despite providing undeniable proof, it still took an entire week to finally receive the goods, even though I had paid extra for next-day delivery. The equipment arrived a full seven days late and four days after the event for which it was purchased. I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

Company is a scam. Products are faulty and no refund. Their formal complaints procedure is contacting them via websites contact form and they never reply. How do they get away with it?!

Ordered an urgent item marked on website as 2-3 days delivery and paid extra for fast delivery. Did not come. No info from Adexa. When I queried they said that probably their website had not updated in time when someone else ordered and now a week to wait. Asked to cancel and they tried to hit us with 5% charge. Never addressed the issue properly in emails - rude customer service. We will get a chargeback on the card, but a hassle - do not use them is my advice

I purchased an urn 2 months ago the Item stopped heating the water and I have nothing but really bad customer service by someone named Elosie the person that oversees their email needs serious training around customer services, no one ever answers the phone so what are people supposed to do? Why are they not being investigated? I have spent a week going back and forth asking to make a formal complaint but the same person responds to my emails asking me to send an engineers report? have no idea what is going on but they definitely need to be investigated. I have reported them to Trading Standards but nothing has been done... Customer service rating is a 0 but that wasn't an option....

terrible customer service! I ordered and nothing.. I emailed no reply.. I called and was put on hold for an hour each time then cut off, so I tried calling sales, they answered straight away or course! but I asked for help and they said they couldn't! terrible service please dont shop here

So upset by the experience with Adexa - mixer blew up in my hand on second use. I called customer service and they told me take a video of it. I said I didn't want to plug it in as dangerous and he said 'I cant make it any more simple for you, plug it in and take a video'. I repeated it was dangerous and he said well then 'wear gloves' . I emailed the company and after a big delay they have replied and said they wont accept it back unless they have an engineers report first. For a HAND MIXER!

Freezer was delivered damaged. The delivery was not accepted and returned on the same day. A ‘very helpful’ Customer Services refused to send a replacement or refund my payment. Instead she eventually offered a redelivery of damaged (!) freezer for £120! Or refund cancel with full fees of £144, £120 and 25%. I am currently building court case against Adexa. Bought an oven which burns food on the bottom and leaves it raw on top. I don't even know how that's possible. The lowest setting on the stove is far too high and the outside of the oven becomes dangerously hot when in use. If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I hate being ripped off like this and hope there is some justice for the people who are profiting off such a blatant and deliberate scam.

Appalling is not a word I use lightly; it is fully justified here. From start to finish the experience was an ordeal, compounded only by the worst customer service I've ever experienced and for which Eloise takes the medal! I only resolved it by seeking legal advice. Quick summary: we bought a bbq, but they sent a table. When I queried it they said it wasn't their fault. The provided a very complex returns procedure to make it difficult to send things back. I followed it to the letter and the courier they sent provided proof that the wrong had been returned to them. They denied they had received it back. I pointed them to the evidence and they said they would have to have an internal investigation which was always ongoing and never came to a conclusion. They refused to give me my money back and started ignoring me. Fortunately I had paid by AmEx who were able to look into the matter, found in my favour and were able to retrieve the money for me. Says it all. The whole process lasted for almost two month. Avoid Adexa with a barge pole!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Bought a brand new bar fridge a few weeks ago and received it today. The delivery driver dumped it on the path outside our bar got us to sign the paperwork and drove off immediately. On opening the packaging (which afforded no protection whatsoever) we found that the glass was broken on the doors, there was chips out of it all over the paintwork and the top corner was damaged. I then proceeded to call customer services who said as I used a company account and I didn’t unpack the item in front of the delivery driver and send it straight back with him I had no right to complain about a product which isn’t for for purpose. Was then told I would have to arrange and pay myself to send it back to them and I would have to pay them a fee of £145 admin charge for them to receive it and that even then I would only get a partial refund!!!!!!

I cannot begin to express the level of frustration and disappointment I experienced while dealing with Adexa Direct during the purchase of 30 heating lights. Their customer service was not just horrible; it was an absolute nightmare. It felt like a never-ending ordeal that lasted for an excruciating two months. And the worst part? It had nothing to do with the items being out of stock, but rather their mind-numbingly terrible organization between the sales team and financial department. Let's start with their sales representative, Sim. Never have I encountered such an astonishingly rude and unhelpful individual. It seemed as though his sole purpose was to make our lives miserable. Instead of assisting us with our questions and concerns, he consistently displayed a complete lack of respect, professionalism, and basic human decency. Dealing with Sim was like a painful journey into the depths of customer service incompetence. As if that weren't enough, the delivery process was a circus of disorganization. Adexa Direct's delivery system seemed to operate on chaos and confusion. Time and time again, we faced unnecessary delays and complications due to their inability to coordinate their own services effectively. But that's not even the worst part. Brace yourself for this: they had the audacity to try and overcharge us because their utterly clueless delivery driver couldn't find our address. It was a surreal experience, as if they were intentionally going out of their way to aggravate us further. My blood boils just thinking about the abysmal experience I had with Adexa Direct. They are a company that epitomizes everything that can go wrong with customer service. Their complete lack of organization, professionalism, and empathy is simply mind-boggling. If you have any regard for your sanity and well-being, steer clear of this abomination of a company. Spare yourself the unimaginable frustration and choose a competent and customer-focused business for your needs. Adexa Direct should serve as a cautionary tale for anyone seeking to avoid a truly torturous ordeal.

DO NOT USE. Ordered a wine fridge from Adexa they delivered it but upon inspection noticed it was damaged the door has a big dent in it after calling for 3 weeks they refuse to take it back and have said I should of checked it and refused delivery. They will not replace it or give a partial refund. They say our photos of the damage are not good enough which is a lie and not true. They have told us we have to pay (for their mistake) for a pallet and delivery back to them which is about £240. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Absolutely no customer service very rude don't care about what right or wrong just the money. They are not trustworthy.

I wish I could give zero star. DON NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ADEXA. Basically it’s a scamming company, I have got all evidence to prove what I said and I hope someone stop this company. We received a B grade item and they sent the first part and after almost 5 weeks we didn’t get the second part of our fridge, basically we got half fridge for the price of one full one( our fridge come with under counter and top counter) I sent more than 20 emails and call more than 50 times and they always said it’s on our delivery schedule. After 5 weeks we didn’t receive anything. Then last time I call the lady over the phone said we can’t do anything for you and you can’t get refund or exchange!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please don’t attempt to buy from them because they are cheap. That is the reason they sell cheap stuff as you never get what you ordered. If anyone don’t believe what I said they can contact me and I have got all the emails and call logs.

Terrible purchase experience. Terrible purchase experience. I never received the items. I purchased it on 1/7/23, and today is 11/7/23. I still have not yet received the items. I called customer service, and they said they could not let me know when and on what date I would receive it. I have no idea where is my orders. Very disappointed customer service.
