Horrible customer service!!! So bad and disgusting if to be honest, I never thould I would ever say this, but WOW, this is another level! twice on the phone queue for more an HOUR - NO ANSWER, When girl in sales answered, I have explained why I pressed sales, so rudely said "redial and press the right option" and hang up without even saying sorry or goodbye... Another girl was so rude.
3rd call - Girl answered, sounded foreigner (so is myself) SO HORRIBLE! I said, hi Im "Suzanna" and .... after her attitude I have asked her what's her name, she said I don't want to tell you... I have asked her why? she said because I don't want to.... I said ok... the she carry on being so rude I felt so uncomfortable and I said actually I'm recording this conversation as well.... she said I don't want to be recorded and hang up! IF you read this you should be ashamed of yourself ! I believe in karma!
