Bought and paid for a double door fridge and still not arrived over a week (9days) despite 3-5 days was promised. Only want to know the status, called their customer service, waited over 4 hours, from position 19 to 1 and waited for an hour at position 1 and was cut off at 5:02pm. Tracking number of the delivery does not work. Would not buy from them again.

I wish I read these reviews before i placed my order - I got a damaged item and then they try to get out of any obligation - i suspect they know the item was damaged before it was shipped (otherwise it must have taken a serious blow in transit) - my advice is not to use this company.

Paid for large pizza oven 17/09 estimated delivery 5 days … ordered because we needed ! 17 days later no comunication letting me know that is was not out for delivery , tried phoning many times never got an answer this is not the first time Adexa has let me down but will be the last!!! So upset

Don’t use them. I and many others have revived faulty goods and this company ignore all contacts once they have your money. Do your research look at trust pilot and google reviews. I have started a county courts claim against them now

Your company is a disgrace. I ordered a fridge 3 weeks ago, promised in 3–5 days, even told me Friday delivery — nothing came. I wasted my time and money on staff waiting. You ignore my calls, give zero respect. I demand FULL REFUND + COMPENSATION immediately or I will report, dispute, and expose your scam everywhere. Enough lies — fix this NOW.

Criminally poor, criminal acceptance of money for goods never delivered and refusal to refund. The work involved in chasing their appalling customer service is of a level I have never come caross before.

Ordered over £5k of equipment. Delivery was fine bar 2 items are missing. First item unpackaged is damaged in multiple places due to strapping for transit. Held online from number 56 to 1 then the phone dropped off. Tried calling again numerous times and again phone drops off. Been holding now from nbr 18 to nbr 11 for a further 40 mins. Tried live chat, but they are not their right now!! Called accounts, they cannot help. Now off to cancel the payment with American Express. A day wasted on a project to keep our business going.

What an appalling company! I ordered a patio heater from them in the 'end of season sale ' it was just advertised as sale goods but in perfect condition. When it arrived there was a big notice on it saying damaged, and the package actually rattled! When my husband picked it up some tiny pieces of glass fell out at the corner. The box was completely covered with brown parcel tape that had been sloppily applied. Consequently he emailed them immediately, but got no reply. He rang them and emailed them several more times but has had no answer whatsoever! This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Terrible service after buying from 20 days placed order and never received. Queueing 20 each queue 30 minutes holding you 10 hours I believe you need a full holiday weekend then the staff could also answering you with very rude way . by the way, I have tried Nisbets co. They have a serious way to deliver at the high-quality and perfect logistics second day delivery.

Why on earth didn’t I read reviews first . Ordered a toaster delivered damaged due to non existent packaging .toaster was dented also packaging . Only when I looked into the process of reporting it the realisation kicked it immediately what a dodgy company I was dealing . You can tell they will do all n their power t make the process as awkward as possible with no help or nobody to deal with the problem . I read on here from other customers that they couldn’t do anything as they didn’t report within 24 yours . I reported by email through their supposedly fault process within half an hour and heared nothing since over a week ago and don’t expect to . Should have gone to a reputable company like curry’s and will do next time but I’m like a dog with a bone and won’t rest until I get a replacement even if it means going through the small claims courts . What a shambles . The way the parcel is packaged speaks volumes

Possibly the worst company I've ever had to deal with - happily taken my money for a back bar cooler - 30 days later still no sign and their 'customer service' is woeful. No one answers the phone / email / live chat. Feel like Ive been scammed. I've demanded a refund but Im not hopeful. Avoid, avoid, avoid

I waited over a month for my order, but it never arrived. When I requested a full refund, they refused and instead charged me a 25% carrier fee — even though the fridges were never delivered! They deducted £311 from my order, and I still have no fridges. The whole experience has been appalling. I spent 3 hours on hold trying to reach customer service and still couldn’t get through. Their service is absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Delivery driver forced one of my staff to sign before the product was unloaded, when opened it was damaged and unusable .. Alexa have been useless and refuse to refund us

Disgusting company. Thieves is too polite a word…. Bought a cooker .. loads of problems and wouldn’t take it back as they said they had given me advice to make the cooker work… problem was that by the time they got back to me I had uninstalled it as they took nearly two weeks to get back to me …. Avoid avoid avoid …. Move on to nisbetts or H2 catering!!

Absolute shambles of a company !! Absolute shambles of a company !!! And the customer service is nothing short of disgusting ! After receiving my double bar fridge which was a 2 man delivery but they sent it one man, and I got him on camera dragging it out the van ! On opening it was damaged external and internal do I contacted them but no reply so I thought I’d let it stand and switch on next morning anyway it started up but it wouldn’t regulate and the temp was at -10 inside so I switched off. Sent another email and filled in a form for a return, they finally replied 5 days later offering me £30 or £40 voucher to spend on their website as in their opinion the damage wasn’t caused by dropping it ! So I filled in more forms and after another 5 days they accepted it needed returning , I had to pack it all back up and send photos in then they gave me a label and proceeded to arrange pick up 1 week later !! And once again only one man turned up to collect ! This was an 85kg package !! Heard nothing again so contacted them then after a week I got an email saying refund issued , it has taken 2 more weeks before the money had finally gone back into my bank !! This has gone on from start to finish around 5 1/2 weeks !! Causing stress and anger. I’d advise anyone who’s thinking of purchasing something to go elsewhere ! They are cheap for a reason. Horrible company to deal with.

ease stay away from this company I bought a fridge from this Company (wish I’d read their reviews beforehand). Alarm bells started ringing when they just left the fridge on our driveway, refusing to bring it in the house when they delivered it. We left the fridge to stand for 24 hours ( on their manual it said 12 hours) afterwards put the fridge on and set the temperature to 3 degrees. The fridge didn’t get cold. It kept fluctuating from 20 to 11 to 16 to 14. Never got to 3 degrees. Tried contacting them unsuccessfully online. Eventually sent an email and received a response see below: As you have confirmed that you left it to sit for 24 hours, we can proceed with your claim. To help us investigate and resolve your concern, we need the following documentation: Required Video Documentation: Please provide a short video showing: The product malfunction/issue (Please showcase you trying to set the temperature down, and it returning to a higher temperature. Additionally a video demonstrating the internal temperature of the fridge, through the use of a thermostat, will allow us to understand if the temperature matches the display or not) The data plate or serial number (clear view) The product's current location (is it ventilated?) Why am I having to go through all this for a fridge that is 2 days old and no guarantee that it’ll be sorted as it says it’ll take a week. Meanwhile my business is severely affected as I needed it to keep meat products at a certain temperature. This is so upsetting. It has cost me £560 for a fridge that does not including money wasted on meat products.

I ordered three shelving/storage units from Adexa Direct. After six weeks, one of the three units remains undelivered. Whilst the non delivery is unacceptable it is their non existent customer service which is the infuriating part. It is the worse service I have ever come across. I can never get through on the telephone despite waiting in a queue for hours, they don't reply to e-mails or their online contact forms - an utter shambles of a company. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
