Ordered over £5k of equipment. Delivery was fine bar 2 items are missing. First item unpackaged is damaged in multiple places due to strapping for transit. Held online from number 56 to 1 then the phone dropped off.
Tried calling again numerous times and again phone drops off. Been holding now from nbr 18 to nbr 11 for a further 40 mins. Tried live chat, but they are not their right now!!
Called accounts, they cannot help.
Now off to cancel the payment with American Express.
A day wasted on a project to keep our business going.
