I concur with others here, avoid buying from this company. I’m now in my 3rd week of trying to get a replacement or refund for a faulty airfryer and am no further forward. We informed them immediately upon delivery that the box was damaged and the fan on the airfryer didn’t work. We completed & submitted their warranty claim form, they didn’t respond, we chased and chased then we sent in one of their complaints forms, when I chased again they asked for a video showing the fault, where it’s plugged in, the back plate, serial no etc. We submitted a video as requested. Still no response, after hassling them further they then wanted a longer video which proved difficult by email but we managed eventually last Thursday. Today (Weds) I chased again after talking to our Credit card company who suggested a disputes route through them. I was then emailed by Adexa asking again for a longer video etc I’m sure they’re just stringing me along. It’s now 3 1/2 weeks since delivery and I feel they’re not going to replace or refund so I shall now use the disputes route through my credit card company.
