I ordered a commercial fridge from Adexa Direct which was advertised as including more than four internal shelves. On setup, I discovered only four shelves were included, meaning the product was not as described at point of sale.
I contacted customer service to request the missing shelves. Despite multiple polite attempts to resolve the issue, I was told that because the problem was not reported within 24 hours, they would not assist—regardless of the fact the item was incomplete.
They offered a discount or coupon, but refused to provide the missing shelf or contact the manufacturer, which I would have expected as standard.
I made the purchase in good faith as a small business, and I am disappointed by the lack of accountability or willingness to correct what is clearly a shortfall in what was sold.
I would encourage other customers to double-check items immediately upon delivery and be cautious when purchasing from this company.
