Finally received refund for 1 item and awaiting refund for second item. Only thanks to Mia who actually called me after I requested a phone call.
Now ordered same item on Amazon (Cheaper) and received in less than 48 hours, (7 1/2 weeks waiting from adexa)
So for anyone awaiting a refund there is hope!!
