The Bain Marie arrived completely different size and specification to that advertised on their website. They delivered a dry bain marie and not a Wet bain marie that was ordered. I sent in numerous photos and dimensions, they have refused to collect and refund.
AFTER SALES is extremely poor. I have repeatedly advised that it is NOT a wet bain marie, yet it falls on deaf ears! They have refused to acknowledge or replace/refund.
You are better to spend a bit more money and use another decent supplier.
