I am sitting in shock at the most dreadful customer service ever. I have never received my item, paid on the 23rd April /21 and I have now cancelled it, and want a refund. I have contacted them many times by email, they say it was despatched to DHL, but DHL have no record. This company should not be allowed to trade, as they cannot be relied upon. I am concerned that they are not going to refund, but — I would not even give them one star. I think that it is all very suspicious and should be looked at by Watch dog or similar.
