Absolutely the worst customer service EVER!!!Back in May this year I ordered A Fridge and Freezer stating both were in stock and would be with me in 5 working days. After 10 days I had heard nothing. Tried over 20 times calling phone never answered once!!! Emailed asking confirmation of my order and what was happening with it. Got the most Mickey Mouse order sent back stating one item was in stock but the other wasn't. When you pressed on the tracking information nothing happened. I contacted my bank after receiving my second email with no further information to cancel my payment. I heard nothing more, about two weeks later I received an email stating my order was cancelled. This was back in May of this year. I've just received an email today stating I've still not paid for the items that APPARENTLY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO ME. These never have and I would urge anyone to avoid this company at all costs. What an absolute farce.
