Ordered 2 items 3 weeks ago. Alexa say DHL couldn’t deliver because of a bad address. 17 emails to customer service later and I still don’t have the items. I’ve asked for a refund but they keep emailing with different transport issues. Tried to call but no answer and no one calls you back. Nightmare of a company! Do not use!
