Very poor customer service. Charly, in particular is awful. Adexa delivered a damage product, then took over 2 weeks to agree to a return for a refund but later refused to collect it, informing me that I should return it at my own cost. Deliberately misled and messed around for weeks. I had to eventually contact my bank to raise a chargeback request.
