I’m almost lost for words for words for how much this company has let me down.
I rang up and check stock levels before ordering, I was told they could deliver for Tuesday, latest Wednesday. It’s now Thursday and I’ve just discovered the item is out of stock, which is why they haven’t delivered it. I closed my business, I booked builders and plumbers all around the advice that they gave, which has left my business and all the staff who work for me completely screwed.
I’m horrified they are still able to operate.
