Bought a blender from Adexa in April and just a month later the rotating plastic part snapped.
Adexa refused to replace the blender and instead demanded a full report from a catering engineer. Of course nobody’s going to arrange a catering engineer, it will cost more than a blender.
Shame on Adexa for imposing some make-belief unrealistic and dubiously legal return policies. Never had any experience like that from Nisbets or any other catering company.
Will never buy from Adexa again.
