Adexa sends faulty goods and doesn’t offer return. Big scam!
Adexa sells you products at a great price because they are faulty. Beware!! They have a 24 hour notification policy so you must notify them within 24 hours if there is a fault. Most people don’t. So adexa gets away with selling broken or faulty goods and then offers you a £25 voucher. We bought a popcorn machine - came with broken glass and the electric part also didn’t work. It was totally unusable. We didn’t open the box as soon as it came rather after a few days. Adexa didn’t want the return or issue any compensation. Keep well away!
