Oh my gosh, I phoned to Adexa company this morning to cancel my order. I fed up with waiting for the delivery last 7 days. A lady said charge me £24 delivery service which I haven't received the goods. That is very poor quality service and consumer protection act, this company shouldn't charge me delivery cost. As I am running a business, I was absolutely shocked when she said she will deduct the delivery cost. Also, refund won't be available next 5 days. Please be aware of absolutely poorly customer service.
