Appalling customer service. They delivered a grill to the wrong address, despite confirming the shipping address twice. It cost me an additional £250 to get it couriered to the correct address.
I conveyed this to the company, and they ignored my messages completely. They also refused to connect me with a manager, but saying that a manager would call me at some point.
After one month of waiting for a manager to call, they told me that the call was not necessary, Yet the issue was never resolved.
I will never use this company again. They have no Management structure or official complaints policy in place.
