I have bought a dishwashing machine that never worked, then they asked me to send a report to see the problem, So we had to pay a company to see the problem of the dishwasher, then they started saying that the report was not clear when it was saying exactly what the problem is, after 7 months, we have to pay a second contractor to have a look at the washing machine, and the second contractor saying the same problem PCB board issue as the first call out.
Adexa accepted the second report, and now they are requesting a picture of the PCB board, it just does not make any sense they are just losing time for the warranty to finish.
I would never recommended after 10 months they did not find any solution and the dishwasher never worked,
