Got No Dough...
Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. The dough roller machine arrived with a damaged guard but refused to send another. After two days of operation, the item broke down and again refused to exchange. They think their unfair terms and conditions trump consumer law. Adexa tells you to get an engineer's report at your own expense, and they will cover the parts if needed. However, the manufacturer warranty forbids any engineer other than their own people. I would not trust this company.
