Ordered some products online - shipping to Ireland it says 3-5 working days.
Today is the 5th working day , I contacted them only to be told, the items have not even been shipped yet. I asked to then cancel. I will buy locally at this rate it will be quicker.
Advised they can cancel but it will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.
What exactly are you re-stocking ? the items haven't even left your warehouse ...oh someone has to put them back on thee shelf.. seriously beyond a joke
