I bought two pieces of equipment with adexa.com.uk and I've been requesting a VAT refund for exactly 45 days, since the delivery was made in Jersey and we pay GST here the VAT has to be returned, they informed me that I should have paid shipping fixed for Jersey where the value is 96.00 £ so they would deduct the shipping, but at first they informed 15 working days for the return, the deadline has passed and they do not refund me the value of VAT which is 706.60
