Never ever buy from this company.
I purchased a wine cooler that arrived with a damaged door , I reported the damage immediately but they are not interested, after 5 phone calls and loads of emails I am still stuck with a damaged item, I requested a management call back 4 times and I am still waiting, all they offered is a small discount for me to keep the item which I don’t , I even asked if they could get a replacement door trim and they said no as they don’t keep any spares and can’t get them .
Avoid at all cost
