Having ordered over £4k of equipment. One item arrived damaged and another never turned up. Eventually they agreed to take back the damaged item. But I am still waiting for a refund, 3 weeks later.
In addition when I reported that we were missing some parts from another item I was told as I had not advised them immediately on receipt they could not help. I even offered to buy the parts (2 small knobs) they said they could not supply them. Doesn't look good to on going support and spares.
