Cancelled my order as Adexa could not fulfil it. They somehow only cancelled the out of stick items (and not the whole order as requested) and sent us the incomplete (cancelled) order.
The customer service team is less than helpful, rude and very aggressive.
Adexa refuses to refund or organise collection of the order we cancelled. I have spend so many hours with them and getting nowhere.
Wonder how they can still be trading - reading others reviews.
Please stay away from this company.
