I ordered a vacuum sealer on the 5th May which was faulty. After dealing with the worst customer service representative in my life, Morgan, and sending 4 videos showing the item was faulty and explaining a bunch of times what the issue was they finally allowed me to return it. The item was collected on June the 14th which shows how long it took to get the return sorted - after this I heard nothing.... I called them on the 5th July asking for an update and its still in the warehouse waiting to be seen as they have so many returns the engineers can not cope.... this speaks volumes about the products. If you are lucky enough to get a working product and not deal with customer service I am very jealous. Like others have written it looks like they only listen to solicitors and legal threats.
