Absolutely disgusting customer service. Bought a brand new bar fridge a few weeks ago and received it today. The delivery driver dumped it on the path outside our bar got us to sign the paperwork and drove off immediately. On opening the packaging (which afforded no protection whatsoever) we found that the glass was broken on the doors, there was chips out of it all over the paintwork and the top corner was damaged. I then proceeded to call customer services who said as I used a company account and I didn’t unpack the item in front of the delivery driver and send it straight back with him I had no right to complain about a product which isn’t for for purpose. Was then told I would have to arrange and pay myself to send it back to them and I would have to pay them a fee of £145 admin charge for them to receive it and that even then I would only get a partial refund!!!!!!
