I purchased a frier from this company, the item broke after 8 hours of use, i eventually managed to return it for a replacement that proceeded to break within 2 hours
After this i queried a refund from adexa and was told this could only be done at my own cost and that the consumer goods act does bot apply to me or themselves, and that a refund would likely not be issued as they felt the cause if the fault was my misuse. After this they refuse to respond to emails.
Definately would avoid.
