If I could provide less than one star I would. I purchased a fridge, it got delivered, driver left without saying a word and when unpacked the fridge was damaged beyond use. Now I’m told that I should have inspected the fridge while the driver was waiting and refused the delivery. What planet do you live on? No driver would wait whilst I carefully unpack the item to check its condition …….this one didn’t even give us the chance to say anything. There was no damage to any of the external packaging.
On complaining you informed me I should have not signed for the delivery which I didn’t and when I highlighted this you informed me signatures have been suspended for Covid and it was my responsibility to pay for return.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service is clearly not part of their philosophy
