Toaster arrived on time but badly packaged and with a broken plug. Also ordered a pot & pan that was out of stock and arrived 2 weeks later. Never received any emails. Dreadful communication. Tried to get a refund, called after approx. 20 days to be told that item was received but not logged on system. Will take at least a further 14 days. Worst customer service experienced. Avoid this company.
